My 3-year-old wasn't a fan after his first dental visit elsewhere, but today at Ready Set Smile in Port Chester was totally different. Dr. Amanda and her assistant Jeylin were amazing. Jeylin played with him before the exam, which really helped him relax. They checked his teeth, put on his favorite show (Sesame Street), praised him, and even sang a song to keep him calm. Dr. Amanda also explained everything clearly since she referred us to an ENT. So grateful for this pediatric dentistry team!

My children have been a long time patient to dr amanda before she opened up her own establishment and I cannot be more happier her and her location. She understand children of all ages and respects children who are on the spectrum. My son always been scared of the dentist until he met Dr amanda. She has open up a new world of hygiene for him which im super proud of. She also takes great care of my 6 year old daughter who wasn't so scared but now intrigued about a career in dentistry. Which im completely excited about. I absolutely love the waiting area , it is very clean and kid friendly for children who may get bored or antsy about waits. She also have a closet full of quality goodies for her little patients afterwards which they may choose . Which gives them more independence. Definitely cant wait for our next appointment 🤗

Honestly, my son was nervous at first, but even before meeting Dr. Amanda, he was drawn in by the space. The waiting area has toys and a TV playing kids' shows, which helped him relax right away. Kids feed off energy, and he could tell how friendly and welcoming Dr. Amanda and her staff were. Each treatment room has its own fun theme, so it felt like an adventure. Well, I'll start out by saying Amanda is my sister-in-law and I'm very happy and proud of her with her new practice. All three of my sons recently visited her in the new office and had a very very good experience. The two older boys had a lot of trouble sitting still with the other dentist And with Dr Amanda they did very well. She has a television set up directly overhead so they can watch television while she's doing cleanings or whatever other dental procedures need to be done and that really helped. My two year-old had his very first visit with her and did incredible, smiling the whole time. Dr Amanda has a very big heart and a way with children. Let's face it, Nobody wants to see the dentist, but Dr. Amanda really does a great job making these children feel comfortable and afterwards I asked them would they be excited about going back in six months and all three of them said yes. Which I honestly was very shocked to hear as a parent. Try them out. It's a state of the art facility and Dr. Amanda is board certified pediatric dentist. You couldn't ask for more.
