Recently moved to Richmond Hill and was needing a new dentist. The staff was very friendly and the office was updated and very clean. Very cool imaging camera where you can see all your teeth and gums. Dr Wallitt was very professional and through. We will be back and I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They use advanced equipment and came up with a solid care plan. First, the front office person is SO sweet and personable—you don't see that much these days. Then the dental assistant was kind and didn't rush. Lastly, Dr. Alonso was wonderful—nice and soft-spoken, explained everything so I could understand, even gave explanations for each step. I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially if you like a calm environment. Great for cosmetic dentistry or just a routine checkup.

Hadn't been to a dentist in years and was pretty nervous, but from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone made me feel so at ease. They really listened to me and my daughter's concerns, and I loved that they want her to embrace her beautiful gap. Wish I could give more stars. I came to this office for a second opinion after feeling unsure about a previous visit in Pooler. Dr. Wallitt is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He saved me a lot of money, and my visit went smoothly from start to finish. He made me feel very comfortable, and I’m so glad I found this office. The staff is also wonderful and welcoming.

Great experience from the moment I walked in. And I’m scheduled next week for a crown repair/replacement. Even though I was a patient at another (inferior) practice in town, they couldn’t get me on the schedule for a month. So I switched Dentists, got better service and will have my crown way sooner. I’m a convert! Called to have my records sent over, along with wife’s. We are looking forward to great care. So happy to make the change !!!

Had my first cleaning today and the check in process went smooth, the cleaning went well, everyone was friendly and professional! Only challenge was getting an appointment - took a couple months, so I was overdue! Nevertheless, I recommend!🙌🙏

Dr. Dave Wallitt is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. From the moment you walk in, you feel completely at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to truly listen and explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and informed, not rushed or talked down to.

Walked in as a walk-in and they took me right in, gave me an exam to figure out what was wrong with my tooth. They gave my issue full attention and referred me to someone who took me right in for a root canal. Such a great place—receptionist and Dr were the best! Just moved to Richmond Hill a few months ago. Googled dentists in the area and found Richmond Hill Dental. Reviews were spot on and they didn't disappoint. From my first call with Kirsten to my first appointment with Amanda, it all felt great. Dr. Wallitt was fantastic and fully transparent. I need special cleanings every 3 months and I'm actually excited to go back. My husband will be booking soon too. Everything is explained perfectly and at a pace you can understand. It can be nerve-racking moving and trying a new dentist, but I'm glad I took the risk.

The doctor and staff were very personable and welcoming. Our family had a pleasant first visit. But after the appointment we got a surprise bill which was concerning since insurance covers cleanings and X-rays. My wife, who worked in dentistry, called and was told the balance was for pano and bitewing X-rays that weren't covered because they weren't due yet. She felt the treatment coordinator should have caught that during eligibility verification. Hopefully they improve communication on what's covered.

Probably the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with a dentist. They were able to get me in next day for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. When I arrived they checked me in very quickly and got me straight to the back. The doctor and assistant were amazing and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. They got me in gave me a course of treatment and fixed my tooth all within an hour! Would highly recommend them to anyone. They were amazing for both me and my daughters dental experience and Dr Wallitt even let the experience be interactive for her and ease the nervousness of the visit. We will definitely be going there from now on for all our dental needs. Absolutely the best dental staff I've ever experienced!
