From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome- Pam, Becky all the girls at the Front Desk are welcoming smiling and happy to see you! Unfortunately, this year I got to meet all of the dentists! All in all my experience with all of them has been wonderful. I have been a customer at the dentist there for 40 years and I won’t go anywhere else! Cassandra is the best at cleaning my teeth and I am able to schedule all my appointments a year in advance because she’s a wonderful hygienist- is sweet girl and very personable! Even though I make all my appointments for cleaning up to a year in advance, I’ve never had to wait more than two days to get in if it was an emergency. Please don’t change a thing. I love this office.

Honestly, I usually don't write reviews, but my second visit to this office in Richmond Hill was so frustrating I had to share. First time was great for a cleaning, but this time the dental assistant had a cold attitude from the start, like she didn't want to be there. Communication was poor, nobody took responsibility for anything, and the whole vibe felt unprofessional. I came in expecting the same care I got before, but it was a complete 180. Really disappointed, especially after such a good first impression.
