Called in with some serious pain, and the nurse heard it in my voice—got me a same-day appointment for tooth extractions. Everyone was so kind, and the dentist kept me relaxed the whole time. Smooth and quick, honestly. Definitely coming back for my cleaning here, 10/10!

My first visit with River Valley was excellent. I was given an overview of the clinic as well as how my appointment to have my teeth cleaned would go. All of my questions were thoroughly addressed. The staff was friendly and professional.
I went in for my 6 months cleaning. They were prompt and thorough. I love when I am seen at my appointment time. The entire staff was friendly and professional from the front desk to the hygienist. Dr. Ronna was great as always.

Honestly, I was super nervous about my first dental visit in years, but River Valley Family Dentistry in Phenix City, AL completely changed that. Michelle was amazing—she gave me a tour, a gift bag with a cup, and made me feel so welcome. The receptionist (maybe Bethany?) and I bonded over nails, and Dr. Slade was just fantastic. Best dentist office I've been to in a long time in Phenix City, AL. Very friendly, courteous, and caring doctors and staff at River Valley Family Dentistry. They worked me in immediately, got a plan in place, and fixed my dental issues almost instantly. Now I have a dentist I can trust for life—thank Dr. P & Mrs. Dr. P and all the wonderful staff! There's a lot of dentists out there but sometimes it comes to more than just the dentist himself or herself. That's why I like this place so much, the staff is really friendly, you feel like you're coming to see family rather than the dentist. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you enter the kindness, cleanliness and literally feeling like you are genuinely part of a family you didn't know you needed. I was terrified the first time I walked through the door- my mouth was a mess and I had so many bad and really bad dental experiences I just avoided any dentist until I couldn't any longer. Now I actually look forward to going to the dentist to catch up with all the folks that treat you like family and I have no longer dread the dental part of the visit either. Love this office, love these people. If I could I would add 5 more stars!

This is the best DENTIST in the tri city area. I drive from Columbus to River Valley. This husband and wife duo can do it all. I have always been worked in and they call me when they have cancellations because they know I have limited time. I recommend them to all my friends. I have hated going to the dentist for years until I started going here. If you are looking for a good honest dentist with an amazing staff that truly cares, I hope you will check them out.
