10/10 Murphy was caring I felt so comfortable with him. I’ve already recommended his office to multiple people.
From the first appointment the first available was 4 months later and it resulted with in a painful tooth. The filling led to infection and a trip to the emergency room and eventual root canal. Left two messages with the staff and on the machine but did not hear back. Second terrible experience in Evans with different dentists. Won’t be returning.

Dr. Murphy and staff are always very kind. Much concern is given to patient comfort and understanding the process and aftercare. All procedures from cleanings to crowns are methodically executed with pain mitigation at every turn...or poke...or scrape...you get the picture.

I feel like I went to a completely different dental office than all of these other reviewers! Maybe it was an off day for them when I went.
To start, everyone was very nice. However, I think I must have had a newer technician that could use some more training. She couldn't figure out how to operate equipment and how to take the x-rays that I needed. The x-rays were actually painful and I've never had that experience before. I received multiple x-rays of the same areas due to errors with her technique. The dentist didn't have all of the equipment she needed for my exam and needed to ask for more to be brought. I also wasn't able to schedule my cleaning. The technician said she would tell the front desk to schedule me in November but when I went up they said they couldn't schedule me and to call in October.
All in all I'm not sure if I'll be coming back for the cleaning or if I will find another office as I do not feel completely confident in their care.

Last week was the first time I had a dental appointment at Riverwood Dental Care. The building is new and there is plenty of parking spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received the best care since I retired. I highly recommend it for all retired military personnel who have Delta Dental insurance. My experience was very good.

The staff greeted me as I entered the office, they all were polite and appeared to enjoy working there.
The Doctor who examined me was nice and made me feel very comfortable.
Prices were fair and reasonable.
