Amy, the dental hygienist, was thorough and knowledgeable, and she and Dr. Smith answered all my questions—they really made me feel welcome and comfortable. For anyone in Roanoke looking for a dentist, I'd definitely recommend them for dental exams and cleanings.

Guys, I'm being so genuine—I really do not recommend this dentist in Roanoke, VA. My teeth were fine until I came here for a routine cleaning, which turned into needing cavities filled. I've had fillings before, but my first session was EXTREMELY painful, the worst pain I've had in a medical setting ever. Maybe they numbed me wrong, but I was trembling in the chair. Then the filling fell out while I was eating the next day. I had to pay to get it fixed, which just added to the frustration. Not a good experience with emergency dental care here.

I had full extractions done and 2 implants done today.dr.mohedi was very thorough and attentive, and the assistant Darienne went above and beyond.she stayed calm when I started bleeding heavy,and when I fainted during the x rays after the procedures. Got me glucose gel,water,and a wheelchair.Zania called my friend who was picking me up after the 4 hour procedures, and explained to him what happened in Arabic which was a blessing because mine isn't proficient, and I couldn't talk from the numbing gel.highly recommended, and get you in for visits quickly.

I had a cleaning with Amy, who was very sweet—she took great care of my teeth and made me want to come back. Extremely disappointing experience at Roanoke Dental Center on Electric Rd in Roanoke, VA. I visited in late 2025 to get a new upper denture made, hoping for better service after a bad experience elsewhere. From the first visit, they had my information mixed up with my wife's—even with my insurance card, my name and address were wrong. I waited over an hour in the chair before being seen. The hygiene issues and unprofessional handling made this denture process very stressful. Would not recommend for dentures in the Roanoke area.

My first visit at Roanoke Dental Center was wonderful! Darienne, their assistant, was incredibly friendly and got through all the X-rays super quick. Then I saw Amy for my teeth cleaning in Roanoke, VA—she was gentle and very outgoing, which I love. Both ladies made me feel very comfortable, and you can tell they love their jobs. Glad I found this dentist in Roanoke and look forward to continuing my care here for pediatric dentistry and cleanings.

I give this place 2 stars because the older dental hygienists are the best, and Ashley at the front is great too. Unfortunately, when I go to Roanoke Dental Center in Roanoke, VA, I always get the young girls who seem to take no pride in their work. They shorten steps in the cleaning process and don't seem confident with tools like the scraper—barely touched my teeth and said they were done. I've been to dentists for years, and this was the worst teeth cleaning. My relatives got the older ladies and had better cleanings. Needs improvement for consistent care.

Well let me start from the beginning . The staff on Orange Ave. are great and very nice. However there is a gentleman that works at this location and the one in Electric Rd. When he was asked to examine me he was extremely nonchalant and didn’t even want to touch my mouth to even take a look at the tooth that needed to be extracted. He didn’t want to answer any questions, very rude and gave me immediate racial tension . I decided to go to another location and darn if he was there too apparently there sister offices smh. When he noticed me he didn’t crack a smile or even speak . His assistant did all the talking and explaining. I also told her the assistant how I felt . Of course she was very kind and nice about it . So i asked her to ask him if he felt like it would be best for me to go to another dentist if he didn’t want to work with me , well he gave the green light and confirmed with his nasty , rand racist attitude it was up to me . So of course I was relieved and decided to go to another facility. His bedside mannerisms were awful. So I suggest if your of color don’t patron his practice . There is just to much going on with the world today and politics . Now the staff was wonderful and helpful . I can’t even give him a 1/2 star
Had severe tooth pain and was able to get an appointment at Roanoke Dental Center in Roanoke, VA within two days. They quickly identified the issue and even completed my wisdom tooth extraction the same day. The staff was professional and efficient—Amy D. made the process smooth, and Saeed did an excellent job with the extraction and aftercare guidance. For emergency dental care or extractions in Roanoke, I've only had positive experiences here and will definitely make this my go-to dentist.

My wife and I had appoints quickly scheduled. I went for my appointment and the staff was just great. Got me checked in and back to hygienist very quickly. Amy, the hygienist, was just wonderful and very professional. I could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Roanoke Dental Center.
