Doesn't accept Medicaid, which is frustrating since there aren't many dentists in the Roanoke area who do. Was hoping to find a local Virginia practice that could help with my dental needs through Medicaid coverage, but no luck here.

Had my first appointment here in Roanoke, VA. I've got Delta Dental insurance and learned this practice submits claims for reimbursement but requires upfront payment. As someone without reliable transportation who could actually walk here, it's disappointing. Might work if you can pay out-of-pocket, but I need a local dentist in Virginia that takes insurance directly. Back to searching.
