Honestly, Dr. Kowan is a phenomenal dentist in Columbus, GA—super knowledgeable and thorough with his work. But after 9 months as a patient, I've had issues with the staff twice now. The way they talk to people just isn't okay. I always pay my fees upfront and don't cause trouble, but they told me there was no balance, then said I had one before scheduling. It's frustrating when you're trying to get dental fillings or emergency dentistry handled smoothly.

My fiancé and I won't be returning to this facility in Columbus, GA. He was spoken to in a way that was just beneath him—all he wanted was an adjustment on his dentures, which we paid for 6 days ago. The staff said to come back if there were problems, so he did for gum pain, but they flew off the handle and were very unprofessional. We weren't asking for a refund, just help with the upper denture plate. Feel bad I brought him here for cosmetic dentistry work.
