Dr. İbrahim at Royal East Dental in Dundas is such a good dentist—he's very understanding and does his job really well. He made a crown for my broken tooth, and it turned out excellent. Plus, since he knows I have a newborn baby, he even did two more procedures during that same appointment because he gets I can't always make it to the dentist. Not sure how many of these positive reviews are actually real. I just had a cleaning done here and the whole experience was chaotic and confusing.
First, they tried to move my appointment up on extremely short notice, which I couldn’t accommodate. When I arrived, they had me sign a form stating the services for a standard cleaning with polishing & fluoride. I was barely in the chair for 10 minutes before the dentist said she had removed most of the stains and I’d need to come back for a proper cleaning. All she did was use the water spray tool for those 10 minutes. When I asked why I couldn’t get the full cleaning, she said she was out of time. They didn't book enough time for a full service! And the cleaning itself was awful. she sprayed water all over my face, and I had to hold the suction myself and move it around my mouth. It was the most clumsy cleaning I've ever had. But she did have enough time to observe more "issues" with my teeth and wanted to book me back for a full examination.
On my way out the front desk had the audacity to ask me to give them advanced notice if I ever needed to change my appointment time. I wish they extended the same courtesy to their clients.

Just had the easiest and best tooth extraction with Dr Ibrahim! Everyone who works there is great! Dr Ibrahim went over all my health issues, was very thorough, went over my options very in depth and was very friendly. And also the extraction was done in barely a minute!
