Had to give 2 stars because things have changed here. Dr. Di Bari is still a kind and gentle dentist, but the front office staff doesn't seem to prioritize patient support anymore. I ended up finding a new dental office that shows the professionalism and care I was looking for. If you've got the right insurance and finances, maybe it'll work for you, but it didn't for me.

Coming from 15 years in the dental field on the east coast, I have some quirks—pathological fear of sedation, high anxiety. A coworker recommended Dr. Di Bari's office, and I was skeptical. I'd neglected dental work for 10 years. My first visit, Trish, one of the most compassionate administrators, amazed me with her attention to detail and understanding. She really put me at ease. For anyone needing a Sunnyvale dentist who gets anxiety, this is the place.

1st cleaning visit was ok, although I made an appointment for a crown replacement that fell off. The crown was never replaced but the money making tooth was right next to it and an extra deep filling will secure a payment. After 10 days of pain and being uncomfortable I notified them if there was a follow-up. There reply was that my insurance didn't reload until the next year. What? Thanks for caring!! In short..the endodontist said it should have been extracted. Hmmm?

As a long-time patient of Dr. Di Bari's, I can say this is the best dental care around. Every visit is consistently great. Dr. Di Bari's expertise and attention to detail mean things are done right the first time. The whole team is welcoming and knowledgeable, and the office has the latest tech. Saw Dr. Di Bari years ago—great dentist, but moved closer to home. Worst choice ever. Had an emergency, called his office, and Trish got me in the next day. Dr. Di Bari is wonderful, and Trish is just as exceptional. Can't go wrong with di Bari's. Within 24 hours, I was pain-free. For emergency dental care in Sunnyvale, they're the best.

Dr Dibari is the best dentists in the South Bay. I’m was afraid of Dentist and he is so gentle he took my fear away. His dental assistants are also excellent. Trisha runs the front desk in a personal and professional manner. Heidi is also great as Dr DiBari’s assistant. Love the office atmosphere. Very welcoming.

Dr. diBari's office is great. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you feel comfortable. The office is very clean and nice. The staff meet your needs honestly, not pushing extra services that are not really needed. However, they will provide you with options to keep your teeth and mouth healthy and strong. Scheduling is very orderly and you rarely have to wait. I am not a fan of going to the Dentist so all this is saying a lot. I get regular check-ups due to their kind service!

This place deserves 5 stars. Got my wife an appointment immediately for an infection. Staff was great from reception to the end. Dr. Russell took care of us—very clear, friendly, and attentive to her pregnancy. He gave an honest opinion not to remove the wisdom tooth and keep a valuable tooth that would heal. Tricia was amazing too. We're going back for cleanings, both of us.

I have been going to Dr. DiBari for over 20 years. He is professional, friendly, and takes time to chat with you to see what your concerns are. His staff are like a family to me. I love their receptionist Trisha. She makes such a big effort to connect with me- socially, emotionally, and of course scheduling is a major part of her life too. She helps make sure we get our family's dentistry needs taken care of.

Dr. Di Bari’s office is phenomenal. I have been going to his office for 10 years now and have unfortunately moved away.
His staff is very prompt and flexible with scheduling. I was able to call or text and receive a response promptly when my work schedule changed.
The staff are friendly and awesome, keeping up with your family and career and updating you on theirs during cleanings. Additionally, I was always sent home with travel toothpaste and a toothbrush.
Dr Di Bari was always kind and explained proper dental hygiene and what he saw during X Rays.
I was sad to leave Dr. Di Bari’s office, it is going to be hard to top the service I received here.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. DiBari for 15 or so years. Our kids now go to him as well. While there are many closer and more convenient options, when you find something that works really well there is no sense in changing! Dr. DiBari makes visiting the dentist as brief and painless as possible with high quality outcomes. We've had normal cleanings, fillings re-done, and crowns. His support staff is friendly and top notch.
