Safari Children’s Dentistry is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The office is clean, kid-friendly, and such a positive environment for children. I especially want to recognize Sorelena — she was incredible! She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire visit. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my child felt safe and comfortable. You can truly tell she cares about the kids she works with. What really stood out to me was her attention to detail. We were literally about to leave when I realized how thorough she was.

My son used to have lots of anxiety at his old dentist and wouldn't cooperate. Since we switched to Safari, everything has been smooth, friendly, and hassle free. The front desk lady Mrs. Crystal is so sweet she has a beautiful personality and is always ready to assist you !!! The dentists and assistants were super nice and friendly with my daughter. They really made both of us feel comfortable from the start. The office is clean and bright, and there's a movie playing for the kids to help them relax before and during their checkup. We're looking forward to bringing her back for more pediatric cleanings and exams in San Antonio.

The appointment for my child was fast and easy. Only downside was the front desk staff lady had an attitude — not the best for a place for kids and already stressed out parents. Also called me back to the front desk for something that could have been resolved the first time.

Went in for a consultation, it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't reached back with a plan and price. The dentist said she was going to check with her colleagues because she didn't want to make a decision on her own — that sounded unsure and like she's still new to the position, which is fine, but to not hear back at all is something else. My daughter didn't like the uncertainty and lack of confidence. To pay so much money, we need someone completely confident. The place is nice and clean, might be good for regular cleanings, but I drove 30 miles for this.

My son has had cavities filled and teeth cleaned here, and they are always lovely! Today Maria cleaned his teeth and she was so patient, kind, and helped him feel comfortable. The environment is great and my son loves the decorations and all the activities for kids while we wait.

I absolutely love this place! The TV is always playing a new movie. The service is very caring and respectful of both children and parents. Lots of toys and books too. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

Amazing first time experience at Safari Children’s Dentistry!! They had a PAC-Man machine for the kiddos and a nice Keurig coffee station for the parents. The staff was amazing, attentive, and sweet. The dentist and assistants were very kind, explained everything in detail, and were very patient with my son. At the end, the kiddos get a token to choose a prize from their little machine. So glad we switched over — my son is one happy camper! :)
