The staff are very pleasant to deal with either or the phone or in person! Dr. Nance was not only very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this office. It’s 70 minutes from my home and well worth it!

The Dental Hygienist, Tiffany, was friendly, thorough, professional, and pleasant. Dr. Nance is great! In addition to his skill as a dentist he is concerned about his patients, their health, and their “pocketbook “ - not recommending unnecessary procedures.

I’ve not been in the care of Dr. Nance for 12 years. Yesterday, I reunited with his practice, and I must say he and his staff are just amazing today as they were 12 years ago. Great experience! Very pleasant staff.
Great experience. I called yesterday because I lost a filling and was in some discomfort. They got me in within an hour of my call. When I arrived, they took me straight back. Dr. Nance numbed me up and replaced my filling in about 30 minutes. Really professional and compassionate, especially during an unexpected and uncomfortable situation. Do not go here. I have been a loyal client for 8 years..8 years.. and them a year ago they called me telling me that my hygienist quit and I'd have to wait another 6 months for just a cleaning.. then called me on the 2nd appointment day of.. and told me my hygienist isn't there so my appointment is canceled and to have a good day.. with no option of reschedule.. after 8 years of being with them. So do not waste your time if they treat me like this after almost a decade of being a client!!! Moving on!!!
I had an appointment for Wednesday. An hour before my time to arrive I was called and appointment was cancelled. Also driving an hour to get there. Thursday appointment made for 10:30. I arrive 4 minutes late. I have Delta Dental insurance which I do not have a card for. My mistake. I had filled out all paperwork the day before on line. I called day before to verify they had gotten all my records. Was told all good.. Upon arrival was first told they did not have my online pre registration. Then told they had them. Then asked for dental card which I could not produce. I believe the number for delta is SS number. Then when I was calling to try to get it Mrs. Sarcastic said well I don’t even know if he will see him now because he was late,(4 minutes)🤣. Just as well the place in no way looks like a professional Dental practice. I was pissed yes, as I was walking out she yells “ have a great day”!! Really!! ( I think they pierced her nose too close to her brain!! ) Things happen for a reason and definitely wouldn’t want to see how other staff performed. The one AA lady at desk was very nice on phone and in person. So there is the 1 star.
Where should I start! This dental office is so rude and very unprofessional and so many ways. I moved so I had to change my dental office to something much closer. With doing so the new dental office and myself has been trying for 3 months plus asking for my records to be transferred over and nothing. They have not responded to myself or the company and continue to lie about they sent them over. Now when trying to reach them they ignore the calls or emails sent over. Now the second issue they have called appointments on my husband within a couple hours of him heading to his appointment no to say he had to leave work and miss hours just for the company to tell him THEY canceled his appointment without out a 24 hour notice. Also not once or twice but three times this has happened to him. I never write a review on any company because I understand it’s a business BUT no company should be able to treat clients this way or be so unprofessional. Third if my husband would have canceled a couple hours before the appointment he would be charged a fee so why is it he has to miss out on money from work and than appointments canceled and noting is head accountable for these actions. This place is horrible I’m serious and the dentist just take off long periods of days. Also they made appointments and would change your dates and can’t hold up to what the new appointment date is.
My Wife and i was told they won't do Cleanings for new patients and would not give us a date on when they could take us i was fine with being put on a wait list, and that they only are taking new patients that need other work done just out for the money and not looking out for others that need cleanings as well. Its ashame
I am so glad to be a patient here. I have had all good experiences. My most recent visit was with Laura as the hygienist. She was friendly, professional, efficient and gave great advice pertaining to my dental health. Dr. Nance was his usual personable self when he checked my teeth. The whole office atmosphere is friendly and helpful!
