My daughter was visiting from Canada and her orthodontic appliance broke during our flight to Florida this morning. The sharp edge was cutting into her upper lip, causing a lot of pain. Not knowing where to turn, I called the office and spoke with Jessica, who was so empathetic and helpful. She arranged for my daughter to be seen ASAP, even though we weren't existing patients! My daughter Olivia went to Sallapudi Orthodontists yesterday for her consultation. She left excited to start her orthodontic journey. Everyone at the office made her feel welcome and comfortable. Olivia was amazed at how nice the office is. As a parent l really liked how therow they were with the consultation. They examined Olivia's teeth, took detailed pictures and X-rays. They went over all of the findings and what the best course of treatment would be and explained why. All of this was done in terms that both Olivia and I could understand. There was plenty of time for any questions we had and never felt rushed. Katie provided me with her direct email if I had any further questions. When I did email her she responded promptly. Thank you for such a wonderful experience so far! Olivia can't wait to go through this journey with such increasable people.

I don’t normally write reviews but they really wowed myself and my daughter. Not looking forward to getting her braces, when the time comes, but happy to know she’s in good hands when we do!
This is a terrific all-around practice with a knowledgeable staff and courteous, fun professionals. Both of my daughters have received treatment here, and each of them have raved about the entire group - from introductions at the front desk all the way through to meeting with Dr. Sallapudi himself. Their location is very easy to find, and they go out of their way to make each experience as informative, pleasant, and gentle as possible. Even through the pandemic, they've maintained positive interactions while safely treating each patient. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!
I’ve been coming to Dr. Sallapudi since I was a kid. He does incredible work and is always super helpful in answering any questions you may have. From the clinical assistants to the front desk staff, everyone on staff is so friendly and greets you with a big (perfectly straight) smile. Be sure to visit with Yolanda at the front desk, she’ll make you feel like family every time you visit. These guys actually make getting braces an exciting experience!
The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I came in for a consult and Dr. Sallapudi was very comforting and reassuring without being pushy. Both of my nieces have had their braces applied and cared for by Dr. Sal, as well as their Mother and they are very pleased with their treatment. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing orthodontic care. It can be a scary experience but Dr. Sallapudi seems to care a great deal about his employees and his clients, and it really shows.
