My twin boys just had their first dental visit ever, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The dental tech and Dr. Moon were wonderful with them. They explained everything in a kid-friendly way and even gave us a ton of education on preventive cleanings and early intervention. We loved how thorough the exam was. They accept United Concordia TRICARE dental insurance too, which was a plus. The front desk is super friendly and responsive by phone—scheduling, reminders, and updating info was really easy. Couldn't be happier with our first visit to a pediatric dentist in San Antonio!

They're so kind to my daughter! The staff is very gentle and respectful of her boundaries while still providing great care at her pace. I wish I had a dentist this cool when I was a kid. I appreciate the cleanliness and openness of the space, and the attention to detail. My daughter loves the cute little play area too. Definitely the best pediatric dentist in San Antonio for us.

I've been bringing my son here for 3 years, since his first checkup at 6 months old. He loves coming to the office—everyone is nice and helpful. From hygiene and treatments to scheduling, appointments are always smooth. The staff really shows they care. My son just had his first surgery with sedation dentistry, and I was super nervous, but these people are experienced and it shows. They made everything so reassuring.

When searching for a pediatric dentist, it's hard to find someone you truly trust. I can confidently say I trust Dr. G. My 12-month-old was fussy, but Dr. G's calm demeanor and patience made the experience smooth. He took time to ensure we were comfortable and clearly cared about our child. Office experience was great! All office staff were so nice and greeted us through the tour of the facility, Ashan was awesome. Alyssa was great explaining everything to my daughter who had a past experience at another office that wasn’t great. So glad we were referred here!

Spoke to an RDA named Celeste I believe. Needed to know the material used for my daughter’s retainers as the material used wasn’t the strongest. This RDA kept questioning why I needed the information and made a point to tell me that this material can only be found at a dental practice like she was thinking I was going to try and make my own. As a parent I’m entitled to that information so I know what is being put into my daughter’s mouth. Plus with the amount that we paid for the treatment I would expect their product to of a more resilient material. Definitely need some better customer service training for your RDAs
We had such an amazing first experience at the pediatric dentistry in San Antonio! The team was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter Chloe. She felt safe, calm during her first dental check-up. Thank you for making our visit so positive - we’ll definitely be coming back!
I had the worst experience with Dr. Moon. Took my 2 year old for her first visit and not only was his bedside manner almost nonexistent he did not even acknowledge my child. Just threw his mask on, after saying how he can’t wait for this day to be over with, at a 12 o’clock appointment. He did not talk to her at all or let her know he was going to look at her teeth. Nor did they tell me how the exam was going to happen until they were getting ready to force my child down. I would not recommend this place especially for a first time visit. I received a confirmation text stating the appointment was with Dr. Gonzalez, which I was looking forward to, but got there and it was with Dr. Moon. Then they literally rushed us out the door. It was a terrible experience for myself and my child. I will not be back or recommending this place to anyone.
My kids have been seen here the past few years since moving to the area and absolutely love this dentist office! They are great with kids, the DR is always joking with my kids and making them feel less stressed about the visit. There is a female worker who we have seen grow with the company and has become very knowledgeable in her position (not sure her name) but she is a great and always so kind! We wouldn’t trade this dentist office for another we love it here!!😂.

I can’t thank RDH Alyssa enough!! She was amazing with my son Logan. She was so caring , had a ton of patience. Listened to his needs ,all while educating him on how to take care of his teeth properly. My son has a hard time keeping fluids down and Alyssa mastered taking care of my son’s treatment today. We were recommended by our lactation specialist to come see Dr. Gonzalez to get our daughters Lip tie and Tongue tie released. The procedure only took 5 minutes and recovery(14days) was great! She is now able to latch (breastfeeding and bottling feeding). Her head movements while sleeping has changed, she is able to rest comfortably. Would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his team!

We absolutely love this place! They go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and patient with our little ones (6 months and 2.5 years). They truly cater to families and make dental visits a breeze. The special event with the fire truck was the cherry on top for my toddler! Highly recommend for pediatric dentistry in San Antonio.

We had the BEST experience here. I brought 4 kids at once and was greeted at the door and given a tour, the phenomenal hygienists Alyssa, Ashan, Erandy and Maritza took great care of us. Dr Moon was so professional and listened and addressed all concerns. Wonderful experience!

All necessary paperwork was submitted prior to our appointment, resulting in no wait time during check-in. Once in the treatment area, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr. Gonzalez thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. The office is impeccably clean, and they were able to apply sealants on the same day. Additionally, this office is bilingual, which is a great convenience.

Hands down the best place to take your kids for dental care in San Antonio. They're amazing with children, and the customer service is just awesome—everyone's always smiling even when it's hectic. Wow, this is an incredible dentist office—they really cater to your children. They listen and care for your kids. The staff is so sweet and respectful. I even got a tour to see the rooms and how they do procedures. They have a room just for infants and an x-ray room for younger kids to help them understand and not be afraid. This is the most wonderful dentist office I've ever been to in my entire life. I wish we had something like this when I was a child.
