Dr. Haber is the best dentist in Santa Monica, hands down. He's super nice and does amazing work. I'm terrified of the dentist, but he makes it so easy and comfortable. Colleen, the hygienist, is also incredible—she takes her time and is so thorough with teeth cleaning. I'll never go anywhere else for cosmetic dentistry or dental care. Can't recommend them enough!

I still have my beautiful smile. I was referred to them by my insurance plan. I had been looking for a dentist that I could trust for a while. I went because I was having problems with my teeth experiencing extreme sensitivity and pain when I ate or drank cold and/or warm foods or drinks. They did a thorough examination and x-ray of my mouth. We tried oral medication for a few weeks first because I was having severe bone loss at the gum level. He was sure we could grow new bone. He explained a new procedure in dentistry that involved growing new bone and wanted to try it on me. I was excited I had never heard of this before and wanted to do everything I could to keep my teeth. First I had a series of deep cleanings that were done in quadrants. the hygienist cleaned half of my mouth at a time. They made sure that they gave me a week in between each cleaning to heal . This was to insure that I did not get an infection and if I did it would not be all over my mouth. I was given a special mouth rinse to help keep it disinfected. I was pleased with the care they showed and their knowledge about new procedures and advancements in his field. I was worried that I would lose my teeth due to gum disease and bone loss. I did not want to live with dentures at the age of thirty-five. Thanks to them I still have my teeth and they are stronger and do not hurt. I still have my beautiful smile.
There is no denying that this is a very clean and modern facility to have your dental needs taken care of. My first two visits (routine cleaning and follow up filling appointment) were fine. I thought the hygienist and dentist were friendly and could see myself coming back. My dentist told me that a crown and root canal was definitely not necessary and a simple filling would work. And, that's what happened and I couldn't be happier. Oh, I also got my toothbrush and toothpaste when I left. :) I would recommend going to a smaller practice for more personable and quality patient care.
I have been especially pleased with the awesome attention given to our children – both children LOVE going to the dentist because the staff is so careful to make the experience fun and non-threatening. The kids are invited to checkout all the equipment the dental assistant is using during the exam. The entire staff is well-trained and I always have confidence that I’ll receive the very best dental care during my visit. They have been wonderful dealing with payments through our insurances, and are quick to handle any issues that might arrive with processing, which saves me the hassle of following up with insurance companies. I have been 100% pleased and would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist in Santa Monica.
A good dentist is hard to find. Just when I was about to give up on ever having a pleasant dental experience, I found a wonderful dentist in a professional, friendly, and caring office here in Santa Monica. I've been lucky enough to find a dentist who makes me comfortable enough that I usually don't notice what's actually going on. he relates to me very well. he's very careful not to hurt his patients, Before my appointments, he reviews my records and knows what problems I might have before I need to bring him back up to date. I feel that I have a really great and very capable dentist
My experiences with my dentist have been nothing but a pleasure. I'm not necessarily afraid of dentists, but the thought of those metal hooks scraping against my teeth generally makes me uncomfortable. I'd rather not have anybody sticking their hands inside my mouth for an extended period of time.
They have a pretty dental office. He helps folks like me, who work “off” schedules. He is extremely gentle. He was wonderful about spreading out my dental work. He was able to schedule me once a week for several weeks in a row, so I didn’t have to pay all the dental work at once

I had a wonderful experience with my dental porcelain veneers. The office is located in a very convenient plaza This office utilizes digital x-rays which allows them to retake x-rays quickly and easily without much added cost. They are very professional and reassuring, explaining every step of the procedure. I had dental porcelain veneers replaced from a previous dentist and I have the utmost confidence that this dentist’s work will last much longer. It also looks much better, I recommend them due to the superior product they produce...

Been a patient for 5 years since moving to Santa Monica. Was worried about finding a good dentist, but completely thrilled with the personal service and attention. The office is modern with great equipment. Staff is lovely, and I've never had to wait long for an appointment. Great for cosmetic dentistry and general care.

Just moved to Santa Monica and got a referral to Dr. Haber. Chipped a front tooth from too much pressure, and they got me in same day. Staff was accommodating, wait wasn't long, and the dentist fixed it in about 15 minutes. Great for emergency dental service and cosmetic repairs.

I was very impressed with the work. I found them listed on the internet when I needed a dentist in Santa Monica, so I decided to call because it was close to my area. The assistant took x-rays of my mouth and the hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly. That cleaning was so-ooo good! My teeth were extra white and pretty. They looked like expensive pearls, only they were my teeth. Daily my teeth had that beautiful effect of whiteness and pearls. My gums healed very nicely. I was so pleased with my new dentist and excited about my next appointment for the right side of my mouth. On my next appointment I received the thorough deep cleaning of my gums same as the left side. I also received fillings on my teeth. When I look at my teeth now, they still look healthy and beautiful. The expertise of my new dentist is amazing. I highly recommend him. I am happy to have found this dentist because of his gentle good caring work

When I first moved to Santa Monica I didn't know anyone or much about the area. Finding a good dentist was important to me so I asked a friend and I was so happy to find them. The dentist I tried before them was a bad experience. Finding them was a great find. I have never considered trying to find another dentist since I started here. They know me and my family by name . They are attentive and they always seem to go the extra mile to make me feel special. Another thing I love about them is that I always go in and walk out really quickly. I don't have to worry about it taking all day just to go to the dentist. I only need to put about an hour aside; and I am usually done long before the hour is up
A very calming and reassuring Santa Monica dentist. I have a serious dental phobia. As a result, I had not been to the dentist in several years, however when my tooth broke and was causing a lot of pain I realized that it was time to go. When I visited them for the first time, I explained my anxiety to him. He assured me that he would explain to me what was going to happen prior to beginning a procedure. He also discussed pain management options with me. This relieved a lot of anxiety as well. Since my mouth would be propped open during the procedure, I would not be able to verbally express discomfort to him. He talked this over with me prior to the procedure and we came up with a hand gesture that would express any discomfort I was feeling. I think that part of what relieved my anxiety was my dentist’s voice. It was very reassuring and not at all condescending or annoyed. During the procedure, my dentist informed me of how far along we were in the process and made sure that he was attentive to my hand gestures to show discomfort. Following the procedure, he explained how I would likely feel when the medicine wore off. I was supposed to have my teeth scaled and cleaned by the hygienist the following week and the dentist made sure to leave notes for the hygienist about my concerns and anxiety. This made me feel relieved that I would not need to explain to another individual how I was feeling. When I showed up for my next appointment, I did not see the dentist, however the hygienist was aware of my anxiety as well as my hand gestures to express discomfort. It helped to build trust knowing that my dentist had followed through on what he said at the last appointment. This experience has helped to lessen my anxiety and I have every intention of remaining.
I was glad my relative referred me to Dr. Haber 's office. He has done some dental work on him few years ago and his teeth still look amazing. My daughter & I had a wonderful experience. He explained every procedure before he performed it. We barely felt a dentist was working on our teeth. He was very prompt with his appointments and always had a smile on his face. I recommend him highly:)
