First time at this practice and honestly, Michelle at the front desk, Shannon the DA, and Dr. Sharma were all great. They made my first visit way less stressful. I need to come back for periodontal surgery in a few weeks, but I'm confident Dr. Sharma will do everything possible to save my troubled tooth. Will update after the surgery, but I'm sure it'll be positive.

The staff here is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The office is clean and gorgeous—they even have old Venice pictures on the walls. UPDATE: After my initial review, someone from the office called to apologize which I appreciated. She said they'd try to see if they could get my insurance to cover the $300 charge, but in the end it was declined and I had to eat the cost. Then I received a bill from their office asking for more money!! After the dentist and technician apologized for their office staff not telling me beforehand that my insurance would not cover the visit fee (I had made the appt over a month in advance) the dentist told me he'd waive the visit fee, which was wonderful of him to do. When I got to the checkout, the lady at the desk also confirmed that the visit fee was waived. Now, a month AFTER my visit, I receive a bill for the visit fee AND notice that it's a month overdue! Excuse me?! I don't understand how this place can function effectively with such a massive disconnect between their staff. How do you tell a patient that a bill was waived and then send them a late notice a month later for the amount you said was waived?!

The staff were very kind and welcoming. That said they ran almost an hour late so I lost extra pay at work because of how long my appointment took, and they had me do a $300 X-ray BEFORE telling me that my insurance didn’t cover their proposed treatment plan. Since I can’t afford their $10,000 treatment plan, I’m now out $300 for the completely unnecessary X-ray that I didn’t even need to do! Being a working mom with young kids it would have been helpful to know this beforehand because I don’t exactly have $300 to just give away.
Very caring and personable staff. I always get a thorough cleaning. Had gum surgery a few years back and am really pleased with the results. Dr. Little is empathetic and does great work!
