Had a really good experience here in Savannah for my periodontal therapy. Wish they had online paperwork, but honestly, getting checked in was still quick. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable about my gum health. They answered all my questions without any judgment. Definitely recommend if you need a periodontist in Savannah.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Kube did an incredible job on my mouth and made sure I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. She really calmed my nerves. My implant procedure was quick and painless. If I need any more implants, I'll definitely be back to Savannah Periodontics.

Savannah Periodontics is only dental office I’d recommend for anyone with dental anxiety.
First, I should say that I had a very traumatic experience with an emergency dentist when I was on vacation on the West Coast and ever since then, I am a bundle of nerves when I have to have any sort of dental procedure.
When I met Dr. Kube (pronounced Q-B) she assured me that she and her team would take every single measure to soothe my worries before the procedure. She kept her promise and did exactly that.
I was given a pre procedure pill to take the “edge off” but the morning of my gum graft, I was so wound up, I didn’t feel like it worked at all. When I got the procedure room, Dr. Kube reassured me that she would explain everything she was doing before she did it and she began to numb my mouth. Even though she was exceptionally gentle, calm and patient, I couldn’t help feel panicked, (the experience I had with the dentist I visited on vacation had let me that shell shocked.)
Dr. Kube went above and beyond and invited my husband to sit beside me during the gum graft so that he could help me calm down and communicate what was being said / done to me. ( I am hard of hearing and rely on lip reading to communicate and it is understandably stressful when masks obscure the mouths of those speaking.) Both Dr. Kube and her assistant Melisa were so gentle with every single part of the process. When I shed a few tears during the numbing process, they gently wiped them away ( which really shows that they care about the patient and not just getting the procedure over with.) When Melisa helped me out to our car, she noticed that I was cold and she put my hood up over my ears to keep me warm. ( It’s the little things like this that really set this office apart.)
While the first few days after the procedure were a bit rough pain wise, the pain medication I was prescribed was very effective and I was able to sleep and recover without issue. The after care instructions covered all the bases with regard to healing / managing pain. ( Trust me when I say to follow the icing directions- it really helps with swelling. ) A few days after the procedure, Dr. Kube personally texted me to make sure all was going well - which I thought was a really lovely personal touch.
And the after care didn’t stop there, any time I had a random question about the healing process ( e.g. How long does the bandage on the roof of my mouth stay on? Am I able to drink warm tea? etc.) the office staff Katherine, Megan (and a few other lovely gals that I was a bit too drugged up to remember the names of ) cheerfully and quickly gave me the info I was looking for.
Long story short: As someone with severe dental anxiety, believe me when I say: Dr. Kube is an exceptional periodontist and she has my complete trust. Not only is she exceptionally skilled, but she is also so kind, gentle, reassuring and thorough in her care planning. A perfect 10/10. Not only do I whole heartedly recommend her, I will be going back to complete additional procedures with her, which for me, is the highest compliment I could possibly give.
Dr. Turner and her staff are very considerate and professional. She takes time to explain everything and ease any concerns. As someone who's dental-phobic, I really appreciate her empathy. No reservations about getting the work done here in Savannah.

Had the most amazing experience with Dr. Kube. I was referred for periodontal work and was terrified due to past dental trauma. She sat down, explained everything, gave me pamphlets, and asked if I had questions. On procedure day, she reassured me again and told me to stop her if I felt any pain. She did one side one visit, the other side next. So compassionate and caring. Love her and the staff at Savannah Periodontics.

I want to explain how amazing Dr. Turner and her staff are. Many people, including me, have a phobia about dental work because of pain. In two visits, Dr. Turner erased 50 years of fear. Last week I finally got my first gum grafting after putting it off for years. Terrified of the dentist and heard awful things. Made an appointment at Savannah Periodontics and Dr. Kube instantly put me at ease. She took her time explaining the process, was open and honest, and answered all my questions. I think I was there for an hour at the consultation. Felt totally confident in her hands.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organization in this office. I scheduled a consultation based on information from the front desk staff, who told me the procedure could be done with a laser. After confirming this over the phone, I went ahead and booked the appointment.
When I arrived, the doctor said they only do the procedure using traditional methods, not with a laser. I explained that I had ONLY made the appointment because of the misinformation from their staff. The doctor then checked with the owner and suggested a "test run" of the procedure, though it would probably still be done the traditional way.
When I talked to the treatment coordinator, I was shown a treatment plan at full price for a “test run” procedure, even though I had clearly stated multiple times during my visit that I ONLY wanted the consultation because I thought the procedure could be done with a laser. Both the doctor and the treatment coordinator seemed to disregard my time and money, charging me for a consultation I WOULDN’T have booked if I had known about the lack of laser treatment.
Be cautious with this office, as they don’t seem to take responsibility for their staff's mistakes.
At Savannah Periodontics their staff is always professional, polite and caring. When at my appointments it feels as though I'm visiting good neighbors I've known for years. They have taken very good care of me and that is an attribute they are known for and something you can put your trust in.

Doctor Turner and team provide great dental care. I put off getting my front teeth fixed for years. Dr. Turner did 2 implants last year and they work great. I can bite into apples and stuff l could not do for years.
