Unfortunately, Dr. Park seems more focused on money than patients. I called in excruciating pain and was told I couldn't be seen for two months—even though we've been going there for years. They blamed their new patient policy, but that's a poor excuse. Another family member has been waiting since last December for a possible broken tooth causing severe pain. On top of that, they're dropping our insurance because they say it doesn't pay enough. I called it right—it's all about the money.

We understand insurance changes can be frustrating, but we've had to make tough decisions to keep the practice sustainable. We take your feedback seriously and will continue to improve.
Dr.Park and the staff are excellent. I don’t just trust anyone when it comes to my teeth and I trust Dr.Park. Samantha is an excellent hygienist and a very nice person. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I feel comfortable and don’t mind at all.

Back in 2015, I went in for a regular cleaning and was denied—they said I had to get my wisdom teeth removed first. So I did, but then I lost my insurance and couldn't go back for routine care until 2024. When I finally got insurance again, I made an appointment in July 2024 and explained I was in pain. They didn't seem to care about my situation. Very disappointing after being a patient.

I have been going to Dr. Park since he opened his practice. All staff have been pleasant and Dr. Park always makes sure I know all alternatives in treating my teeth. He's very kind and sociable too. Most recently Lauren cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough and informative. All together, a very professional and welcoming office.
I was a patient of Dr. Sullivan until he retired and sold the business to Dr. Park. I am so glad I stayed. He is wonderful and has a fantastic staff. He has improved and expanded the office and services. I have never had a complaint and highly recommend him and all of the staff at his practice.
Overall, Dr. Parks, his dental assistant, and his office staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were able to schedule my husband for a second opinion regarding pre-op clearance within a matter of days of making the initial phone call. Dr Parks was excellent and prevented him from having to go through unnecessary dental treatment prior to heart surgery as no infections were present. This alone saved us big $$ when compared to another facility who insisted extensive work had to be done before clearing him for his surgery and required 50% of the fee upfront before any work was to be performed. Granted, he still is in need dental work, but nothing that is crucial or in need of getting done right away. Overall, I highly recommend Saratoga Springs Dentistry - Dr Parks, DDS!
A small piece broke off of my tooth Sunday night January 6. I called Dr. Park office Tuesday morning and they were able to get me in that day at 2:30 and fill the tooth. Dr. Park’s office and all the great people that work there are very accommodating, very personable and very professional. I can’t thank them enough and so happy, they are taking care of me
Love love love!! Just switched dentistries and from beginning to end was absolutely seamless. Not only was I immediately seen once I filled my first time patient paperwork out, I loved my hygienist (which is a biggie since you're spending majority of your cleaning time with them) and the dentist! Glenn and Sam were so thorough, kind, and patient-centric. They speak in layman's terms and help you understand what exactly's going on and what you need to do to remedy any situations. 100/10
I had avoided the dentist for YEARS – had anxiety about getting in for a cleaning… anticipating the worst. My experience was genuinely the complete opposite. Both Dr. Park and Lauren were non-judgemental, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. We had great conversations about dental hygiene and best practices. My cleaning was a breeze, and Lauren guided me the entire time, making sure I did not experience any sensitivity/pain, and explaining the process clearly along the way. Now that I have appointments twice a year, I’m more comfortable knowing I’m in great care! I really appreciate Dr. Park and his team.

I've been a patient of Dr. Park's for a few years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone at his practice. Front of office staff are always pleasant and easy to work with. The hygienists do excellent work and are not too rough during the cleaning process. Dr. Park is great with his patients. I had to have a cavity filled a couple years back and it has held up well. It seems that his staff enjoy working there, which translates into everything they do. Highly recommended.
