Wish I had kept looking for a dentist. Went to Dr. Patti with a beautiful smile but left with an overbite I never had before. When I brought it up, he brushed it off saying my teeth would 'go back to normal' once the medicine wore off. That didn't happen. Coming here was the worst decision for my dental health. I regret trusting him with my smile. If you value your teeth and confidence, run from this place. I hate smiling now—no dentist should take that away.

Been searching for a place that can handle a large volume of patients. Our Christmas gift is to provide dental work to all our employees—over 200 people. Finding someone who can accept the workload and change lives is challenging. A lot of places don't see many patients per week, so fitting in that many is no small feat. There are plenty who do beautiful work but can't transform that many lives in this time frame.

Doc wasn't personable at all. Didn't even introduce himself or talk about my medical history (tonsil cancer) to discuss short and long-term needs. Just cruised in, mumbled to the hygienist, then left. Had to ask her what he was talking about. Checked out with an expensive treatment plan—definitely getting a second opinion. Wish he'd spent a few minutes with me, but I guess he's too busy. Looking for someone else.
