The facility is nice and clean, and front desk staff are pleasant. But the insurance/billing is terrible—feels shady, like they only care about money. Dr. Cameron has more sass than a 16-year-old, unprofessional, and I question his knowledge. If this is the only place that takes your insurance in Pooler, you risk a high bill. I'd ask for any other dentist.

Heather and Dr. Sheena were absolutely amazing! I went in with a tooth that needed to be pulled. After some rough experiences at other dentists in Savannah, they listened to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. My tooth extraction went smoothly, and they explained all the post-op care in Pooler. They said calling with questions wouldn't be a bother and actually encouraged it. Honestly, my experience was top tier—almost excited to come back! As excited as one can be for a dentist, of course ;)

Sorry, I'm bad with names! The receptionist was excellent when I first called, and even better in person. The dental hygienist put me at ease during x-rays and explained the plan for my complex cleaning. Dr. Casey Cameron was patient and explained everything in detail, calming my fears. I'd recommend Savannah Dental Care to anyone in Pooler—they work as a team. 10 plus stars!

For first time patients YOU WILL NOT GET A CLEANING WHEN YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT! They require a bunch of different X-rays, bone density health, pictures, etc. when you schedule your first appointment which your insurance may or may not cover. Then you will have to schedule a second appointment months out just to get a cleaning. So disappointed because I waited months for my initial cleaning appointment just to be told this after I signed everything and sat in the chair. Just a heads up for any Gulfstream people who are looking at this place, go somewhere else….

I had a root canal done and the anesthesia didn't work the first try but they knew exactly what to do and the second trip they got it done with little to no pain. Hopefully they keep the staff they have because they were very courteous and helpful along the way.

The dental work is fine, but good luck getting help from billing. I've been four days trying to get a return call, waited on hold twenty minutes, left voicemails—no response. Very frustrating. Hopefully they fix this issue for Pooler patients.

As I am relatively new to the area, identifying a reputable dental provider has been challenging. I believed I had found a suitable dentist; this was my third visit for a cleaning at this office. Regrettably, this visit did not meet my expectations. I had my scheduled routine cleaning, having previously undergone full mouth x-rays, an examination, and an oral cancer screening during my initial visit, and anterior x-rays and an examination during the second visit, with the x-rays being an out-of-pocket expense. Today, I declined the x-rays, examination, and oral cancer screening, requesting solely for my teeth to be cleaned. Ms. Sonia informed me that if I declined the x-rays and examination, she would not perform the cleaning and suggested I return at a later date when I was willing to undergo these procedures. She stated that the office is “liable” if she only cleans my teeth and something is missed, offering me two options: proceed with the scheduled procedures or reschedule when I am prepared to undergo the x-rays and examination. I informed her that I would sign a refusal form for the treatment today, but she responded that they do not provide such documentation. I then asked her to record in the computer that I declined the x-rays and examination. She stated she would not argue further and suggested I seek treatment elsewhere, after which I left the office.
I am 56 years old, have not had a cavity in over thirty years, and have been employed in the dental field for more than twenty-five years. I have never experienced a dental office where staff members have attempted to manipulate treatment decisions or spoken to patients in such a discourteous manner. This encounter was disappointing, and I found Ms. Sonia, the hygienist, to be extremely unprofessional.

Yesterday I had an appointment to get a back crown replace & while on a business trip on a plane I chipped my right front tooth eating…. a salad (no crunchy ingredients…)😱😳
It was already a busy day for Dr. Sheena Knight & her technician Alexia, but they both squeezed me in to handle 2 extensive procedures. 1st time with Lex, she was professional, kind and listened to what I requested. Dr. Knight as ALWAYS is a DAMN ROCKSTAR!!! Great at her craft, funny, professional and…. Precise! Everyone at that facility has ALWAYS been kind to me and have taken great care of me.
I just wanted to say KUDDOS & THANK YOU FOR AMAZING TEMPORARY WORK, I know the permanent work will be OUTSTANDING!!!

I personally know patients that have visited Savannah Quarters and they try to nickel and dime them every time. They will send a bill every few weeks for a new charge for a service you’ve never received and yet is covered by insurance. It was confirmed by the insurance company that the initial statement was in fact different from the new statement received in the mail.
It then becomes a hassle to get your money back. It’s honestly fraud and should be reported. To me it doesn’t seem worth it. Do not recommend.
If you have anxiety about dental care, this place is perfect! Came in as a new patient for an exam, cleaning, and two fillings. Everyone was down to earth and amazing. You can tell they really care about you in Pooler.

Always the best care! Kara is the most amazing hygienist I’ve ever had and Dr Cameron is so friendly and talented!. Ive had basic cleanings, deep cleanings, and procedures and they are so gentle, thorough and efficient. Never late for appts, clean office, friendly staff, upfront cost and excellent care!
