Everything's good at this Staten Island dental clinic - the care is great when you get in. Only thing is they're pretty booked up, so appointments can be a month out sometimes. Still, for emergency dentistry or regular check-ups, they're worth the wait. The staff does their best to work with your schedule even when they're busy.

Honestly, these are the best dentists I've found in Staten Island. They took such great care of me during my visit - everyone on staff actually cares about you as a person, not just a patient. Wow, I spent way too many years going to the Seaview Hospital dental clinic here in Staten Island. If I'd known about these literal angels sooner, I would've switched years ago! Would've saved me so much pain and teeth. Came to Dr. Lillian Kelner with a mouth full of cavities and barely any teeth left - she did amazing work with my denture care. She's fast, clean, keeps it real about what you need, and makes you feel confident again. Got two false teeth that look completely natural, and one's been in over a year now. Booked my appointment online a week ahead for my dental work in Staten Island. Showed up and they told me I couldn't be seen - with a nasty look and attitude too. If you don't check appointments on your website, why even have that option? Then when people use it, you roll your eyes and act rude saying they can't be seen. If she'd been nicer and communicated professionally, I would've rescheduled or waited. Just horrible service for what should've been a simple visit.

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance only to be told on the day of the appointment that I cannot be seen due to an unforeseen/unchecked insurance problem that could have been resolved if the office had checked. To reschedule another appointment would take another month. I'll see another dentist...

INCREDIBLE! I was having such a bad day. My dog was playing and hit me so hard that my front tooth broke in half/a big chunk chipped off. I'm from out of state, so I immediately thought I wouldn't be able to get it fixed. I went to the dental emergency and they said they couldn't do anything for me, but to try the private dental office across the street. BEST DECISION I made of the day. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! She did such a great job and I am forever grateful.
My customer experience was way better then expected for going to a dentist lol. I came into a sweet receptionist and a amazing doctor that takes there time and are very experienced in what they do. Of corse dentist are painful but being here that wasn’t the case
I have a been coming to this amazing place since the day they opened. Dr Kelner takes her time and provides the most amazing and caring experience. My children are actually waiting to go and see her because they know it will be a very nice visit. Her staff is very professional and polite.

Brought my whole family in for check-ups and teeth cleaning here in Staten Island. We all got taken in really fast, which was great with kids. The hygienist was so gentle and nice with the kids and us - she even showed them how to brush properly. The doctor gave everyone a thorough check, seemed really knowledgeable and friendly. Found a cavity and fixed it same day with no pain at all. Definitely recommending this Staten Island dental office for family dental care.

I got a cleaning and checkup here with Dr Lillian Kellner. The wait time was very short. They charged $100 with no insurance. The dental equipment in the office didn't look the cleanest. The cleaning was done quickly and was not thorough at all. The dental assistant got up in middle to talk on her phone. They didn't check my teeth thoroughly. I felt like I could have done what they did myself. I would not go here again!
