It is my first visit as a new patient. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. Doctor Arpan Nandra is very experienced and knowledgeable. She could diagnose the problem with ease and started the treatment immediately. Overall my experience is excellent.

When first entered Serenity Dental Care's office, I heard the doctor arguing with the dental assistant over a procedure currently in progress with another patient. It took me 3 phone calls to have the office email my x-rays to me so I could receive a consultation with a different dentist. The only x-rays they sent were considered "undiagnostic" by the other dentist. They did a good job of cleaning my teeth but I would not go to them for anything else.

Regarding the transfer of records, the office policy is to provide patient files upon request, which is a fairly straightford process. At times during transfer to another office the quality of the xray may get altered. If this happens then new xrays can be taken.
To address any arguing, we hold our office to a very high standard of professionalism. The benefits of working in a practice with a single doctor is a high level of care and relationships that are made with the patients. The staff are like family and have been together for years. At Serenity Dental Care we uphold a high level of care our patients expect and deserve.
I was really nervous as it was my visit to dentist after a long time. Dr. Nandra made sure I was comfortable and I knew every procedure she is doing. Even the staffs were warm and nice . I got my first filling today, absolutely no pain :)
