Horrible experience at this Shiloh dental office. The crown they made after my root canal never fit right—they filed it down and even wanted to file my good teeth to make it work. Less than a year later, I had to get the tooth extracted due to an infection (by a different dentist, of course). Never going back.

We started coming to Thakker Dental Group in Shiloh years ago when Dr. Thakker still took our kids' medical card. The service is so awesome that even after they stopped taking that insurance, we stayed. They always put our girls and me at ease—no dental fear in our family thanks to their care. My 3-year-old just had her cleaning and hugged the hygienist, Danielle—it was fun! I tell everyone in Shiloh to go here because they're the best.

I had some dental issues and needed some work done. This dentist saw me, took X-rays, would not do a cleaning, only ordered a dental flipper and pulled a tooth, but the best part was when staff came in that were not even working with me to look at the X-ray of my teeth that were in such poor shape. Felt like a side show attraction. If I could rate with negative stars, I would.
