Unfortunately, I can only give one star; otherwise I would give zero. The receptionist answered my call but did not address my simple question. Instead, she asked me to hold and left me waiting for more than 25 minutes. During that time, she appeared to be chatting about unrelated matters and typing on the keyboard without returning to assist me. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. This is unacceptable experience and situation.

Dr. Kim was really impatient during my bone grafting. He told me I had a 'nosy tongue' because it was in his way, and after finishing said 'I'm glad this is finished.' Also, during a cleaning, his assistant Dr. Jun Lee accidentally hit me with the tool. Honestly, I think they care more about money than patients. I needed a night guard, my insurance said I was covered, but the front desk wanted a deposit upfront.

This place felt like a deli counter, not a dental office. Dr. Kim seemed super impatient and expected me to pay per question. He wouldn't give any info before payment. I paid for a consultation, but he refused to tell me which teeth needed implants. He did seem honest and straightforward though, but wanted $500 just to take the consultation notes. No discount. He's clearly money-oriented. I don't doubt his skill, but his attitude was off. Two stars for the front desk, they were nice.

I have had several issues with this office. I had to go in for an emergency procedure involving a permanent retainer. The doctor only removed the portion sticking out, then I left 5 minutes later. they are now trying to bill me $600 to replace it when nothing was replaced. They also were going to put on a crown and called me an hour before to tell me they did not have pre authorization but still tried to get me to come in and have me pay out of pocket. I will not be returning here ever and I recommend you don't either.

Well. To be fair, Dr Kim is very nice, but the front desk people don't know how to behavior properly to a patient, always talked impolitely on the phone and even messed up with my bill, 2 quotations comes with completely different cost.
