Honestly, I'm really disappointed with my experience at Sitwell Dental in Albany. I went in for two cracked molars from Invisalign and specifically asked about onlays, but they pushed me towards fillings without warning me they'd fail fast. Both broke within six months. Later, my regular dentist found they never even removed the old filling material—just slapped new stuff over a compromised tooth. Plus, the office vibe was dismissive and kinda aggressive when I questioned things. Not what I expected.

Best dental experience of my life! The office in Albany was easy to find. Front staff were professional and kind. My hygienist explained every step of the x-rays and cleaning, and even documented some gum recession to watch for, offering tips to prevent more. She was super gentle on my sensitive teeth. Dr. Najam was thorough and gentle too. Would recommend to anyone needing preventive dentistry in Albany.

I always have a quick and friendly check in and get into my appointment in a timely fashion. My hygienist, Noel, is very gentle, but thorough and explains everything while giving suggestions. They make going to the dentist the best experience as it can be. So glad I found Sitwell in Albany!

Absolutely love Sitwell! Can only currently speak for the Albany location as that is the only one I have been to as of yet. Molly, the dental hygienist was extremely kind and conscious of my dentist anxiety. She checked in on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay throughout my cleaning. She thoroughly explained what she was doing as well. Dr. Najam was incredibly kind as well and made sure all of my questions were answered. If you are someone who is anxious in regard to going to the dentist, I highly recommend this practice!
The visit today was my first appointment with the practice as a new patient. I had a cleaning performed by Noel and she did an awesome job. I also met with Dr. Sarah who was very nice and did a thorough evaluation of my teeth. I was very happy with the appointment and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Sitwell Dental.
I have been going through pain for a very long time. This office is the best office I have ever been to. The staff there is amazing, how they are helping me get through my dental anxiety is simply amazing. They are so supportive and guide you step by step while they are doing the procedure. Dr. Sara, Ariel, Tayia, And Noel helped me get through my first dental appointment successfully. Even though I have a long way to go to complete my treatment I know that I am in the right hands with this office. Dr. Sara was amazing but the star was absolutely the Dental Assistant Tayia. Tayia explained everything and made me feel super comfortable! I felt like I understood every piece what was being done and they went at a pace that made me remain comfortable throughout my entire visit.
Everyone there is fabulous! We took our 2 year old there for her first dentist experience and everyone who interacted with her was wonderful. Ariel at the front desk is so helpful and kind. My husband and I both had appointments as well and the dental hygienests we all had were fantastic and especially gentle with our little one. Highly recommend for kids and adults.
Another great experience. Dr. Sara came in with a pleasantly cheerful attitude and forward thinking in her communication. Erica was just as friendly and also focused on where do we go from here. They both kept their attention properly focused on what they were doing, and never asked questions while my mouth was full of instruments.
I had a great experience with Dr. Najam. She did my root canal, and even though I was really nervous, she took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. She has a really calming presence, and the whole procedure was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend her!
Dr. Sara is a joy. I had two crowns replaced and the procedure went smoothly. She is very kind, knowledgeable and gentle. She explains every part of the procedure before she starts and during the procedure. I am very satisfied with her work. Lauren was the best assistant I have ever dealt with; she was friendly and made me feel at ease. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend Sitwell Albany. It’s a “10” in my book!
