Booked an appointment back in August 2025 and the earliest was March 2026. Decided to wait because my wife likes the place. Then on Dec 22 we got a letter saying they're not accepting our Delta insurance for 2026. After waiting 5 months? Feels like they're dropping patients to get higher-paying ones. Really disappointed.

Dr. John did a root canal that failed worse than my previous one. He still charged me full price even though it didn't work. Felt like he just wanted the money. Plus those TV commercials are terrible. Steer clear.
