Avoid this practice in Woodside, NY entirely. From the moment I walked in, something felt off—the office is decorated like a personal apartment, not a professional medical space, which lowered my confidence. While the front desk staff were friendly, the dentist showed zero interest in listening to my concerns about my child. Had to repeat myself multiple times, and it was clear I wasn't being taken seriously. The most unacceptable part was being blatantly lied to. Not a good experience for emergency dental care.

Used to like this office in Woodside, NY, but the new doctor has no knowledge. She seemed confused and left when I asked questions. Didn't know if I should just stand up and leave. Six months ago I didn't have cavities, now they said I have 5 or 6. Went to a different office in Woodside to check, and turns out I only have 1. Took a month to write this review to help others—don't go here, the doctor only wants money. Should've checked Google reviews first.

My first year as a patient at Sixtieth Family Dental in Woodside, NY was great. All the doctors were knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner, and the front desk staff provided awesome customer service. But lately, my experience has been inconsistent. Been seen by new doctors who don't have the same care or attentiveness, and I've waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Today, a different front desk lady (11/13) had poor service—seemed uninterested and unfriendly. Usually the staff here are very kind, though.

Just went in for regular checkup. Hygienist was gentle and quick! Front desk was friendly. Dr suggested fillings so I got them. I cant eat properly with my left side ever since. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES BEFORE VISITING THIS PLACE! should have trusted the other review😭

Worst dental office. Took a lot of x-rays and told me no cavities and no other issues! Only to have pain the following week and needing a root canal on both top and bottom molar.
I do not recommend them at all!

I came in on 1/28/25 as a new patient for a cleaning and checkup and came back on 1/30/25 as the dentist told me I needed three fillings (bottom left molar, top right molar, bottom right molar). I decided to get all three at the same time by Dr. Anna Kowalcyk (Dr K). Since then I’ve had to come in multiple times up until mid April due to extreme pain and sensitivity, all three of my fillings had to be redone. It’s now May and I still have pain in my top molar when I eat. I also have terrible cold sensitivity in all three teeth that isn’t showing signs of going away even though I used the prescription toothpaste. I miss my teeth before as I had zero issues until I got work done here. I really regret my decision to come here as I probably will never be able to eat the same again or enjoy cold things without pain. It’s really unfortunate.
New to this dental practice after having had my baby and LOVE the service (the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and explained to me what they were doing and why, kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was alright).
Esperanza is super smooth in her operating - by far the best hygienist I've ever had!
My family has been treated by Sixtieth family dental since they started on this location. From the basic dental services even for my Invisalign retainer, they did an excellent quality of care. All friends that I referred to this dental clinic are happy & satisfied with their services.
