The whole thing took about an hour, but with calming music and their patience, it felt relaxing. They genuinely cared about how I was feeling, took time to understand my concerns, and handled the X-rays smoothly. Place is super clean too. Don't overthink it—just go. You'll thank me later!

Smile Craft Dental runs a very smooth and professional dental practice. From the time you book an appointment through the various text updates that you receive as it gets closer to your appointment, you're always informed. There's plenty of parking when you arrive and the Receptionist there, is the best (on duty July 29). She's friendly, engaging and makes you feel very welcome. The dental assistant is also very pleasant and does a great job with cleanings. Dr Goh has excellent rapport with her clients. She does a very thorough exam and also has an excellent memory on what tooth has been worked on or needs work. She's gentle and careful with her dental instruments and. always asks if you have any sensitivities to pain or the cold. I couldn't be happier with Dr Goh and team!

Honestly, nobody likes going to the dentist but at Smile Craft they really make the experience as wonderful as possible. Everyone there is extremely kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. They regularly invest in the lastest tech to make your experience as good as possible. The new facility is extremely clean and easily the nicest dentist’s office I’ve seen. I like this place. It’s very clear and the service was good. They also take my dental insurance (Anthem) which is not very popular (had a hard time finding an in-network provider). They also offer some in-depth examinations for new patients for free which I never had with my other dentists. So far I’m pretty happy switching to Smile Craft.
