Dr. Patel is amazing! I went in for a consult about a complete new smile and he took the time to come up with a plan right then and there. He explains everything thoroughly during the procedure, and I felt so comfortable, like I've been going there for years. They even give you a hand massage! The staff is super nice too. I'm usually really nervous about the dentist, but I actually asked when I could come back! Lol! I'm giving 6 stars. Thanks again, doc and staff. Looking forward to my smile makeover in Atlanta.

The staff was excellent and the care was good, but I'm deducting a star for organization. I had an 8:10 appointment and the staff were chatting about non-work stuff until 8:20 with patients waiting. Then I waited about 40 minutes between inspection and cleaning, and they didn't mention the cleaning was separate from the xray until after. I'd recommend them, but build in extra time. Good for emergency dental care in Atlanta, just be prepared for some delays.

I will never be returning to this dental practice. I originally came in for a routine cleaning and later had a cavity filled earlier this year, and at the time everything seemed fine. Months later, I was unexpectedly charged $115 with no explanation of what the charge was for. I attempted to contact the office twice to get clarification but never received a response. Instead, I was later notified that the charge would be sent to collections. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and I will not be using this practice again.

Had a routine cleaning and couldn't be happier. Norma, the office manager, is so professional and warm. The whole staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They offered water and little touches throughout the visit, and after my cleaning they gave me a warm face towel with a eucalyptus-citrus scent—felt luxurious. Clean, efficient, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this Atlanta dentist for teeth whitening and more!

I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk receptionist. She wasn't warm or friendly person. When someone is paying half of a 1600 dental bill for half of their mouth to be deep cleaned, the least that can be done is to speak with someone who wants to answer questions or find someone who can. Since going for my initial visit, I have inquired about Smile Forever dental prices with other dental offices and you guys are grossly over charging customers. When being charged a premium, the customer should have a premium service from beginning to end. The office is nice, the dental team is great, but again that first impression is everything and the receptionist that was there during my visit was off-putting.

Very disappointed. Everything seemed fine until after payment. I was charged for a deep cleaning that was never done and sent home with no prescriptions or aftercare instructions. When I called, they said I didn't need antibiotics, but I developed a fever and later needed antibiotics from my doctor for an infection. I felt dismissed about pain management. Really let down by this Atlanta dental practice.
