I had tooth sensitivity in one of my upper teeth. I was scheduled for a tooth cleaning on a Thursday. I called on Monday to see if I should have it examined during my scheduled appointment. Knowing I was going out of town, Dr. Tom Gibbs fit me in that Monday to asses the problem. He discovered I had broken a crown. He extracted the old crown, replaced it with a temporary crown, and took measurements for a new one.
I highly recommend Smile Dentistry and both Dr. Tom Gibbs and Dr. Jessica Gibbs. They are both extremely caring and knowledgeable. They are up to date on the late best procedures to provide their patients with a positive and dental healthy experience. The staff at Smile are efficient and personable. Five star service all around!

Just had a routine appointment at their Glen Ellyn clinic, and everything went smoothly as usual. The staff are excellent—friendly and helpful. Got my teeth cleaned and X-rayed, and the cleaning was really thorough. The aide even gave me some flosser picks for hard-to-reach spots when I asked, which was nice. Their dental cleanings and X-rays always leave me feeling well taken care of.

Came in for an emergency visit and Jill on the phone was super helpful right away. Dr. Thomas Gibbs fixed me up quickly and was so knowledgeable. They have this scam going on. After they get you hooked they they set it deep. They want a lot
Of money up front to get started. Then after they do the implants you have to go back for a year
To get everything done. The scary part is that they then start charging you for these visits. You are
STUCK . Gibbs has the up front money ($26,000.00) in my case so you can’t leave him because you don’t get your money back. ( more tomorrow).
Barb is the best hygenist Ive been to, and Dr Gibbs is very thorough with a great bedside manner. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ive recommended this office multiple times and will continue to do so.

Dr. Gibbs is the best dentist I've ever had in my life! His care is amazing, and he's so personable—always takes his time with me and my family. I would like to say I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gibbs and his staff. Everyone there made me feel at home like I've been coming there for years, despite being my first visit. We had a small discrepancy with my insurance, but it was quickly resolved and I was helped by some fantastic team members. The whole experience was operated like a well oiled and extremely professional organization. From x-rays to evaluation and cleaning the whole experience was painless and I was given not only a thorough evaluation, but also provided with some excellent tips and tricks to oral hygiene I was unaware of. Finally, I was explained the next treatments and provided a detailed cost analysis of all of the procedures and next steps.
I would happily recommend Dr. Gibbs and his team to anyone who might need a professional dental staff looking out for you and your wonderful smile!
