My hubby & I had a consultation with Dr. Tolbert & Allison. Our dentist indicated he would need full mouth restoration (dentures) and referred us to a prosthodontist (out of network for our insurance and 45 minutes away.) Dr. Tolbert did an exam and reviewed the xrays (taken at Smile Now) with us and indicated that it may be possible to restore my hubby's natural teeth and that would be the best possible solution. Granted, it may involve extensive restorative work. He recommended we make an appointment with a prosthodontist to determine a course of treatment. He even offered to review the treatment plan (WOW!) I was a doubting Thomas given all the 5 star reviews, no longer. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, kindness, & honesty; and I'm one hard gal to impress. Thank you! From the start of this process was scary not knowing what I was getting myself into, and I was reassured from dr and staff that I had nothing to worry about. Had my consultation on Oct 29, 2025 for dental implants. Alysson walked us through the costs and what to expect, and Dr. Tolbert explained everything we asked. Felt really comfortable with the whole plan, so we scheduled for Dec 19. That morning they hooked up the blood pressure cuff, did an IV, and I was asleep. They pulled all my bottom teeth (they were in bad shape) and placed 4 titanium implants. Woke up with a temporary bridge in place. So glad I chose Smile Now Tacoma in Milton for this.

These are great people. I went in and rather than tell me I needed implants to get the money he told me to wait because I didn’t need them yet. These are good honest people who won’t steer you wrong. They are kind and caring. The nurse who took my BP was so beautiful and helpful. You would be foolish to pick anywhere else.

15 days post-surgery: Surgery day was smooth, recovery was fairly easy with minimal pain—way better than I expected. The doctor's crew is great. At my 2-week appointment they made minor adjustments to my temporary teeth so my bite feels better. Definitely the best overall deal in the Seattle area. I won't have to travel for the several appointments this year, annual checkups are included, professional staff, good peace of mind. Can't imagine going elsewhere for full zirconia teeth.

Everything has gone as promised. Care has been excellent—Stephanie and Allison are terrific. My only concern was that after three visits I hadn't really seen Dr. Tolbert except for a quick intro on implant day.
