I visited Dr. Baseri when I was in extreme dental pain on a Sunday. Reached out and he scheduled an emergency appointment that same day even though the office was closed. He addressed my dental emergency right away. Since then, I’ve come back for everything—the original infection, root canals, crowns, you name it. The crowns look amazing, can’t even tell they’re crowns. And Dr. Baseri was super gentle and kind throughout all the procedures. Would recommend him to anyone looking for gentle, safe care in Los Angeles.

Top tier experience with Dr. Baseri and the whole staff. I just moved to LA and the first month here I had to have an emergency root canal procedure done—same day! I came across this office on Google and they were the only ones to tell me to come in and they would see me right away. He is now my regular dentist and I’m happy as ever. If you are scared or terrified to go to the dentist, Dr Baseri and his team will take care of you. I waited years to go bc of bad past experiences. Dr Baseri has the best people and equipment. He can take care of really bad teeth and gums efficiently and with minimal pain. I was surprised with how quick and effective teeth and gum cleanings were. Also, extractions that were not as painful as I thought they would be. I healed quickly and the Doctor’s (and his team’s) pleasant disposition made me feel much much better about going to the dentist. If you haven’t gone to the dentist in years and have had bad experiences, Dr Baseri will take care of you.

This place is the best. By far the worst dentist office visit I have ever had. I paid over $200 to have X-rays taken and for the doctor to analyze my teeth. I was there for 2.5 hrs before getting the next bill for cleaning services which cost over $350. I have never been to an office where this type of process was used, it felt deceptive.
Beyond that, my final bill was ridiculous for what was needed. Thankfully, I declined my cleaning that day and didn’t plan to go back and scheduled elsewhere. I was also highly encouraged by staff to write a review before even seeing the doctor or receiving a cleaning, which immediately registered as a red flag.
Upfront transparency and patient education is not valued here (since this is a dental office that deviates from the traditional financial process for dental care). I hope I can help alongside the other reviewers to warn people of what they are getting themselves into before paying for the initial service and expecting a normal dental office visit.
