Pretty good experience overall. Not crowded and didn't wait long. Got a cleaning and Dr. Cox did a wonderful job. She educated me on how to maintain my teeth as I get older, which was really helpful.

Dr. Jonelle Cox is knowledgeable, experienced, transparent, and excellent at her work. She did a root canal and a crown for me. Instead of waiting for my crown to be done at a lab, I was able to watch and hear it being made in a room next door on their 3D printer. The crown felt great and looked amazing (unlike two previous ones I had). BTW, Dr. Cox is also amazing with kids. My 8 year old had a great check-up.
On a different occasion when I had dental discomfort, Dr. Cox took time out of her vacation to refer me to another dentist. She then called me to me see how I was doing!
But Dr. Cox isn’t the only gem in this practice. She leads a team of cordial and warm team members who are kind and helpful. Irene, the billing specialist, was patient, clear, and informative as she helped me understand the complicated insurance processes. A true professional!
