Haven't been back to this place since last February due to a bad experience, but decided to give it another try today in Mooresville, NC. My hygienist (his name starts with 'M') was AMAZING—very thoughtful and explained everything in detail. Best detailed cleaning I've ever had! Kim was super sweet and understanding, and Dr. Miller helped come up with a simple but effective plan. Glad I returned for my dental cleanings!

Met Dr. Smith and his team yesterday for a root canal in Mooresville, and it was an amazing experience! I usually freak out at the dentist, but this time was different in a good way. I haven’t been to the dentist in several years and I have a dental plan with my supplemental insurance . I thought I might as well finally use it knowing that between my TMJ, small mouth and lack of regular cleanings it might go over my budget and not be such a pleasant experience. Well, first I got right in and second though I required a deep cleaning, it was definitely not an awful experience, i really appreciated having everything explained to me, being careful to not cause me pain and being given a plan by the dentist and the wonderful hygienist. Then the office explained about how my insurance worked and how I could easily take care of what will not be covered. This is a satellite office and I for one am glad they have recently opened an office here in Mooresville.

First off, let me say that this was the most pleasant dental visit I have ever had in my 55 years. I am a big guy, who played lots sports, and had lots of painful an severe surgeries. I am petrified of going to the dentist. However, Smile Solutions Dentistry here in Moorseville was phenomenal. Mary, Olivia and Brooklyn were so helpful getting me scheduled. Jess was the best dental hygienist I could ask for. And, Dr Yuan was exceptional. They were gentle, patient and had very comforting bed side manner. Can’t thank them all enough. Highly recommended!!!

I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentist. I need novacane to clean my teeth. This office was so kind and gentle and took their time to make sure you're comfortable. I had to have a tooth pulled with very deep roots. Dr Yuan was so wonderful it took a lot of work to get my stubborn tooth out but she was great threw the whole procedure. This is a wonderful place to go if you have fear like me. Thank you Smile Solutions for making my emergency appointment so wonderful.

Danielle was the best! she was very knowledgeable, extremely diligent and she was definitely probably the best dentist i’ve ever been to, no exaggeration! she did such an amazing job on my teeth, she walked me through what was going on, gave me recommendations and also gave me advice on how to brush and floss better. that was the first time any dentist has ever shown me how to floss and brush correctly! I really appreciate her patience with me as well. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I will be going back specifically for Danielle!! The dentist was also very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I will definitely be continuing to go here regularly.

Why this office was my first choice: I was a patient at Smile Solutions Dentistry - Mooresville today and finally got to see things from the other side of the chair. As a dental hygienist, I usually help others get scheduled for fillings, but for the first time, I had to schedule my own. I was more than confident I already knew of the right place to take care of me-- my previous boss! I work in specialty care now, so I don't get to work with this team anymore, but I have seen every bit of Dr. Millers work as his hygienist and I trust his skill to the ends of the earth. He pays great attention to detail and has many years of experience. His assistant, Brooklyn, is phenomenal at her job and takes patient treatment seriously. She treats everyone as if you are her family. Together they were amazing. I would recommend Smile Solutions Dentistry to anyone looking for their dental "home". I even refer patients to this team from my specialty office as well so they can receive the exceptional care they want and deserve, too. Oh! The best part-- I barely felt the shots! My numbness has since worn off and my bite is perfectly balanced, as if the fillings aren't even there. No adjustment needed. I am truly thankful to have received their services today! TEN Stars.
