Dr. Mann and her entire team are phenomenal. I have been to 3 different pediatric dentists with my children, with high anxiety and reluctance to even sit in a dentist chair. Dr. Mann has been the best dentist to earn our trust and make us all feel comfortable. She explains things to kids, she loves teachable moments, she can adjust her treatment plan on the spot to meet each kids needs and listen to their concerns. Most importantly, she does excellent work, quickly and effectively, using the best tools and methods available in dentistry. In every conversation, you can tell just how passionate she is about her work and how much she cares.
My son needed to fix cavities with IV sedation in her office. Putting a child under anesthesia is stressful for any parent, but Dr. Mann made the process easier knowing we could trust she was providing the absolute best care. Meeting Dr. Mann today for the first time was amazing. She greeted my daughter and myself with a big smile and kind words. She was so patient and gentle with my daughter during her evaluation today. She was thorough., detailed and very helpful. She explained everything to me in regards to my thoughts and concerns and was extremely interested in my daughters overall wellbeing.Her team was amazing and took very good care of my daughter while Dr. Mann went over the results of her evaluation. Smileworks is such a great practice. They are timely, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. We have been going to this practice for 4 years and have always had a good experience and my kids love it! Everyone there takes their time with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. Dr. Mann is also kind to the parents and has good tips on best practices at home for how to care for teeth. We moved 40 minutes away two years ago but continue to see them - it’s definitely worth the drive!
