My wife was seen at this Union City dentist but now they're refusing to see her because of a Google review. The black woman with short curly hair actually laughed at my wife's pain while she was whimpering. And the blonde upfront won't schedule her, using her personal phone instead of the office phone. It's just pathetic treatment for someone needing dental care.

Everyone seemed nice enough at this Union City dental office, but things went downhill when I realized the inside of my cheek was sewn to my gums after a procedure. I called and was told I could come in immediately, but couldn't make it. At my post-op appointment, the stitches were removed but the issue wasn't even acknowledged—he just said a stitch must have fallen out. Two weeks later and I'm still dealing with irritation from what happened.

Started going to Dr. LeDuke back in 1998 and have had multiple procedures done over the years. Even after moving to another city, I kept coming back to Union City because the quality of work is just that good. Would give zero stars if I could. Drove to Union City for my appointment and was less than 10 minutes late because of the rain. When I got there, they'd given my appointment away—to who, a random person off the street? I've been a patient for over 10 years. The blonde lady at the desk tried to schedule me for the next day, but I said no and took my business elsewhere. Never got a call to check if I was coming, and nobody ever mentioned this "policy" before.

Everyone at this Union City dental office was great except for the dentist himself. He was absolutely rude—couldn't get me completely numb for the procedure, and when I said it hurt, he didn't believe me. Said he doubted it and that he wasn't the one who decayed my teeth. When I started crying from the pain, he called it "blubbering." Plus he left holes in my teeth unfinished, so now I have to find another dentist in Tennessee to fix his work.

Removed my wisdom tooth and didnt get my insurance improved so I can't get the pain killers he prescribed. Do not recommend.
Thank you for this review. I feel we did not communicate well enough with you when you had treatment. While we DO confirm your insurance eligibility for services in the office, we do not check for other services outside our office, like prescription coverage. Dr. LeDuke prescribes the most cost-effective generic antibiotic/pain medication he can. He has greatly limited dispensing pain medication, because patients seem to heal a lot better with the new analgesics. Please accept our apologies for not being more clear about what we research prior to your appointment.
Wasn't satisfied with some dental work from my longtime dentist, so decided to try Dr. LeDuke here in Union City. He did an excellent job! Took time to explain other issues I was having with my teeth too. Also got my teeth cleaned there—wow, the hygienist did an outstanding job with my dental hygiene. Really impressed with the care in Tennessee.

Smiles by LeDuke was recommended to my by his profitability coach, Angela Skinner. He performed a root canal on me and was unable to get me numb. Despite my refusal, he insisted on continuing. He had me in a firm headlock for over an hour. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. After the procedure, he called his profitability specialist and laughed about the experience. He also bragged about doing the same to many of his other patients - who are primarily low income. Randy LeDuke is a sadist. Run

I relocated to the area and have been pleased with Dr. LeDuke and his staff. Everyone was very nice and accomodating. Dr. LeDuke was able to re-cement my crown that had been giving me quite a bit of trouble. Karen, the hygienist, was very thorough and professional. I’m glad to have found Dr. LeDuke’s office!
