Called once without even leaving a message, and they called me right back - super quick response. Everyone's so nice, and they're really good with my special needs child. The office scheduled them back-to-back so they could be seen together, which was super helpful for us. We got seen right on time, and the appointments were quick but thorough. Dr. Kaur has been amazing and her staff is wonderful too! They are so good with children and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The office is very welcoming and very clean. My daughter had to have extensive work done after getting breastfeeding cavities. I didn't even know it was such a thing until it was too late and Dr. Kaur made me feel better about the whole situation. She had to have "special teeth," as my daughter calls them for her front upper teeth. Dr. Kaur did a beautiful job with shape and color trying to replicate how her original teeth looked. We have also seen her for regular check-ups and she has put my daughter at ease and has made the experience very pleasant. I would recommend her to friends, family and anyone who is looking for a great pediatric dentistry practice!

This practice is amazing. My son was terrified of other places and I could never get him to sit down. I knew he had cavities. Here, it was so welcoming he just ran in and sat down. Each person we came in contact with was kind and professional. Dr. Kaur is an amazing person. She went above and beyond any expectation we had. I would recommend her and this practice 100 times over. I truly cannot say enough good things about Smiles for Life. My children have been seeing Dr. Kaur since they were toddlers and we have had only good experiences. In fact, we have recommended her practice to many friends. Dr. Kaur is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Recently, my daughter had a traumatic injury to her front teeth and Dr. Kaur and her staff were responsive and supportive during the visit. My daughter was relaxed and calm knowing, after many years, that she was in good hands. I also love how easy they are to communicate with. After my daughter's injury, I was able to email photographs ahead of time, so Dr. Kaur could assess the injury and prepare us for the possible outcomes before we even set foot in the office which was very helpful! Rebecca who covers the front desk has been a part of Smiles for Life as long as we have been going there. She is helpful, kind and efficient. She seems to keep everything running smoothly. The new bright and clean office space in Western Springs is a convenient location and right across from a great park perfect for some playtime after the kids' visits!
Everyone who works there is so nice. They take their time to reassure my kids when they are afraid. My oldest (age 7) needed dental surgery. Dr Kaur was there the whole time with him. She came and updated me when he was all done. He was back to normal that same day. I am happy to see my kids excited to go to the dentist, and not afraid. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive.
Dr. Kaur is the best!! Her staff is super kid friendly. This week I took my 6 year old to Smiles for Life to have her first cavity filled. I am blown away every time at how wonderful of an experience the whole thing was for her. Dr Kaur explained step by step to my daughter so she felt safe and in control.

To say the least, Dr. Kaur is one of a kind. I searched long and hard for the best Pediatric Dentist for my 6 year old daughter and Dr. Kaur is it! From my daughter’s initial visit, she was very gentle and welcoming and with each visit it just gets better and better. Somehow she is able to work her magic and make teeth extractions a breeze! She was so great, that my daughter had no idea what occurred until she glanced in the mirror. In addition, her entire staff is just as amazing. Everyone is kind, welcoming and nurturing, everything I was searching for. I highly recommend Dr. Kaur and her team —you won’t be disappointed!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Kaur and all of the amazing staff at Smiles for Life Pediatric Dentistry!! I have 3 girls who love going here. My 3 year old even goes back by herself and loves it! My oldest has a very severe phobia of the dentist and Dr. Kaur has always taken her time with her and made her feel comfortable. After a very bad experience at another dentist office we are so lucky to have found Smiles for Life!
After reading the previous review about them not taking new patients, I just want to add that they sometimes close to new patients because Dr. Kaur wants to makes sure she is available for all of her current patients that she cares about very much! Just be patient and keep calling because they open up spots to new patients when they can! She is worth the wait I promise!!
Dr. Kaur at Smiles for Life Pediatric Dentistry in Western Springs is absolutely amazing - she treats my boys like they're her own. She's extremely caring and looks out for my family more than any doctor I've ever worked with. My boys LOVE her and aren't scared at all to go to the dentist. My son had a tooth pulled today, and Dr. Kaur made it so comfortable and easy - he wasn't nervous at all and was shocked it went so quickly without pain. When my other son knocked teeth loose on a Saturday night, she called immediately and saved his front tooth.
