Honestly, this place in East Windsor, CT is amazing! Everyone's so friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff is super welcoming, and Shannon the hygienist was great—really appreciated all the knowledge she shared. The assistants are wonderful too, and the office is spotless. Dr. Bloom and Dr. David are fantastic. After our pediatric dental care visit, I won't bring my kids anywhere else!

First time at this office in East Windsor, CT, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. It was a culture shock in the best way—I've never been to a dental office where you can tell the staff love their jobs. Beautiful office with amazing staff! Smiles in Bloom has been wonderful for all my kids, including my special needs ones in East Windsor, CT. We had an issue with my nonverbal kiddo getting upset, and when I called, they were super accommodating and fit us in quickly. They made a tough situation easy and were so patient. Their emergency dental services really saved the day. Couldn't ask for better care!

Been taking my kids here in East Windsor, CT for a couple years now. The dentists and assistants are always great with both my kids. My son is nonverbal with autism, and they're kind, gentle, and patient with him. With my daughter, they explain everything and let her be part of her visit. Their appointment scheduling is super easy too. My son is 7 and daughter is 4, and they both love it!

The hygienists and dentists here have been wonderful with my anxious children. My only complaint is the reception staff is…less than friendly or helpful. For example, today I got no eye contact or smile from who was checking me in, just a “you have a balance”. I wasn’t sure what it was for (my husband and my daughter was JUST there a couple days before) and she gave me a vague explanation on what it could be and said I should have received a bill in the mail (I haven’t). So I said I wasn’t prepared for a payment and I wasn’t sure what she needed me to do today. She clicked around on the computer for 3 solid minutes in silence before she said, still not looking at me, sooooo do you want to call later to pay it? I wasn’t sure frustrated and just said, yeah I guess? Then she said something else, still without looking at me and I didn’t hear her -they are still totally behind glass - and I said, “I’m sorry” She looked at me and said “ YOURE ALL SET. Meaning I should go sit down??? Just really not friendly or helpful.
My kids have been going to Smiles in Bloom in East Windsor, CT since they were toddlers, and now they're teenagers. The service has always been excellent, and Dr. Bloom is fantastic. All the staff take extra time and care with my nonverbal daughter who has autism. They're so great with her that even though they're out of network with our insurance, we're keeping her here. Their sedation dentistry options are a lifesaver for her.

had to take my newborn with us to my 3.5 year olds appointment and the hygienists were so kind, they rocked my crying newborn to sleep so i could hold my not so happy toddler in the dentist chair. highly recommend smiles in bloom!!
My boys are 10 and 11 now, and their old dentist retired. They don't like change, but after their first appointment at Smiles in Bloom in East Windsor, CT, they both said they like this office better! As a mom, I agree—the doctor gave logical advice about seeing an orthodontist sooner, which I really appreciated. The office is kid-friendly, clean, and super professional. Their preventative care approach is spot on. Highly recommend!

Brought my 3.5-year-old to Dr. David for his check-up in East Windsor, CT, and we had a great experience from start to finish! The reception team was so kind and welcoming, and Dr. David and his assistants were wonderful. They made my son feel comfortable, and I felt confident in Dr. David's abilities—he's amazing with kids. Everyone was so friendly! They handled having all 3 of my kids at the same time while maintaining amazing communication. My kids all had a fun time at the dentist!! I know it sounds crazy but they were all happy and in great moods as we left - love this place ♥️

She needed sealants and a small cavity addressed, and she had zero issues. The front desk, hygienist, and dentist were incredible and made my girl feel like a star. Hannah was very friendly with her and she made sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire process! Owner himself stopped by greeted and checked her teeth and made sure she was doing great! I have a special needs child who is non verbal with other medical issues. I have been having so many issues with other dentists who have not even tried to take a look in my child’s mouth. These other dentist made myself and my child’s staff feel very uncomfortable. I was referred to Smiles in Bloom and was nervous of the outcome. Upon arrival this dentist was heavily staffed with very friendly and supportive staff. We checked in and were told where to be seated. During the seating time there were no awkward stares or vibes. We were called in quickly and the staff was very polite and asked many questions about my child as well as her dental history. The staff actually took the time to work with my child to get into her mouth to check her teeth and the doctor was called in. He came in right away and took a look as well. They taught me and provided the necessary tools to properly get my child to open her mouth! They also took all the necessary steps for her future dental care. The staff gave my daughter toys and helped me to the car!! I love this place. Best experience I have ever had!!
Noemy the hygienist at Smiles in Bloom in East Windsor, CT was so wonderful and pleasant. Love how she teaches my kids proper brushing. The overall staff here are extremely welcoming. I take all of my children here. All the doctors are fantastic. My son is very difficult in a doctor setting. He struggles. However the doctors here all incredibly calm, and patient.
All of my children are happy when they come. The office opens really early which is nice for working parents . It’s immaculate. It’s very easy making an appointment to check out. The people at the desk are also awesome ! Very nice !I had a dental emergency for my son. My schedule is hectic however they accommodated me and let me send an email to see if it needed a visit. I’m so glad I did! They responded and explained to get me in asap(we don’t live local). However I travel 30-40 min just to come here . I’m sorry I don’t remember the doctors name but he is so kind and helpful. I’ve met most of the dentists and they are all wonderful . The people who answer at the front desk is also wonderful!

This was my son’s first dentist visit. The staff was friendly and took the time to show him the tools before using them on his teeth. The tv on the ceiling and prizes were an added bonus! With that being said my son is pretty easy going. We will see how my anxious son does in a couple weeks..
