If I could give this dentist 1 star I would. This office is so unprofessional, they scheduled me for a visit with the dentist for a new patient visit. I arrive and there is no dentist onsite, I receive X-rays, a cleaning, and was told the dentist would call me with results. I wasn’t pleased but sure, did not receive a call and when my husband went to his visit (listed as my health proxy) he inquired about my xray results. They told him nothing was necessary to be called in so I had no dentist issues. Couple weeks later to receive a call telling me that they “finally received information from my insurance for the cavity and root canal” after requesting to speak with the Dentist myself because I was upset about the experience and also not trusting in the x-rays, I was told she “doesn’t” take phone calls. This level of patient care is deplorable, as a health care provider myself, all I was looking for was an apology and explanation. Horrific office and customer service.

Went in for a cleaning and Raquel assisted me. Worst cleaning I've ever had. She was unprofessional—when I asked for floss, she said she didn't have any. I barely saw Dr. Suri. If she was booked, I should've been rescheduled. The tools looked yellow, which was disgusting. Really disappointed with the dental hygiene service in Lindenhurst, NY.

I'm 37 and have seen a few dentists. Dr. Suri is hands down the best. She's like the energizer bunny—always moving but makes you feel like you're her only patient. Explains everything, has great bedside manner. My husband and I both love her. And Dolores? She's amazing too—so accommodating and helpful. The whole staff is kind. Front desk person is the only reason i give this place a one star, her attitude is terrible. I was referred to a periodontist after seeing the dentist here and coordinating for my referral was terrible. The times I have called the office she has been very rude to me. Very condescending and dismissive. I work in healthcare and I am in disbelief about the way I was treated. Everyone has bad days but this happened multiple times. I will not be returning here but please remember that you are dealing with humans who are already anxious about dental work and deserve respect and a pleasant experience.

Dr Manisha Suri is a great dentist. She and Ms. Dolores (the awesome front desk lady) runs the Smiles on Wellwood Avenue out in Lindenhurst. It is important to know that there is a family dental in Sout Shore Long Island, that can take care of you before or even when you get into any kind of dental emergency. I highly recommend Smiles on Wellwood.

Only one dentist here, but Dr. Suri is very personable and takes her time to answer questions. I was a patient for years, coming every 6 months for cleanings, had a root canal and fillings. But I found out they don't take my insurance anymore when I called to schedule. Wish they had let me know instead of me finding out that way. Still, the dental care in Lindenhurst, NY was good while it lasted.
