I have had some not so pleasant experiences over the past years with Dental visits. The anxiety and fear had become palpable and I thought I would never find a great match. Well, I definitely have found the best! Smiling Dental in Dundas has totally changed how I feel about laying in that chair!! The moment you enter the building you feel a positive, caring environment! The girls at the front desk are delightful and very professional. The interior is well designed and very clean and organized! The walls are decorated with patients who have wonderful stories to tell and that alone is an indication of just how much they care and understand!! When you walk back to an office to start your visit you are overwhelmed with how professional and technically superior to other offices. I met with Doris as she took my information and made me feel like what I had to say mattered. That doesn't always happen at other places....just saying!! I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Schneider who is exceptional!!! Dr. Schneider took the time to explain in detail the procedures I needed and how they are executed. I must give a shout out to Anastasia who was so kind to me and helped me through!! Thank you Dr. Schneider and Anastasia for your patience with me, so appreciated as I was nervous but halfway through the procedure I began to really relax and I felt so safe and knew I was in great hands!
