Love this dentist! He's super professional and always takes time to answer all my questions. The staff is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Had a great cleaning and checkup here in Palm Springs. Definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely not okay. Took my small kids in and they closed the operatory door—like, those doors shouldn't even be able to close—then let the doctor go in without me. You do NOT close the door with minors in the room without their parent. Ever. They rescheduled three times, didn't even call me the second time. I drove an hour from Palm Springs and the office was closed with lights out. Finally got in and the staff was rude and unprofessional. This is my field, and how this place runs is trash. Then I took my brother and they wouldn't... never again.

We've been coming to SoCal Dentistry for about three years now and it's been nothing but good experiences. They worked with my daughter's insurance so she could get the treatment she needed, and her teeth have improved so much—she's had some genetic issues. She mainly sees the younger dentist and he's been gentle and effective. I've also had cleanings there and they went great. Staff is always nice. Finally found our dentist in Palm Springs!

Horrible customer service highly don’t recommended told me don’t blame the dentist for not taking care of your teeth when my last dentist broke my tooth when I was explaining and got shamed for it!! How stupid of a place is that.!! Waste of time and wants my insurance to pay for X-rays!
Overall just an okay experience. One of the receptionists, Susan, can be pretty rude most of the time. The dentist I saw, Dr. Toledo, seemed really rushed and kind of took it out on patients. He rushed through my exam and caused some pain—should be more gentle. Also noticed some newer dental assistants who were unprofessional at times, talking in ways patients could hear. They need to be more mindful.

I don’t know what is wrong with these people giving the dentist so little stars but I’m 63 years old and I have been to a few dentist in my life but by far this dentist and his staff are the best and most knowledgeable and respectful people in the industry of dental professionals if you have any dental concerns or just want to get a cleaning SoCal dental is number one in my opinion I actually left with a smile on my face that I was proud of
Really wanted to like this place but it seems like appointments don't matter. They overbook constantly. Had a 9am appointment and someone else had the same time. They took the other patient back first. Then they took x-rays, put me in a room, and I just sat there. After waiting 32 minutes I walked out to the front desk and asked when I'd be seen. They said I'd only been waiting 32 minutes... like that's okay? Not acceptable for a dental clinic in Palm Springs.

The dentist is great if you can actually get them to keep an appointment. So frustrating how many times I've had to reschedule due to an "emergency"—I'm not buying an emergency every other week. I always book the last appointment because of work, and they wait till I get there to tell me. Worst part: they released me as a patient because of this review. No reaching out to fix issues, just "you're no longer welcome." So changing my 3 stars to 1. Unprofessional.

This place is ridiculous. Least professional, non-client caring establishment. They rescheduled my first new patient appointment a month out, I waited even though I was in pain. When the next appointment came, I confirmed on Monday and took off work. Then the day before, at 4pm, they called to cancel again. Soonest they could reschedule was another month! No effort to accommodate me. Clearly they aren't going to help with my pain. Looking for another dentist in Palm Springs.

Fantastic first visit! Dr. Ryan Toledo and the staff were friendly, professional, and empathetic about my COVID anxiety—hey, removing my mask was unsettling. I moved here in July 2020 and am so glad I found SoCal Dentistry. Dr. Ryan is my new dentist. Wish finding all my new providers in Palm Springs was this good.

Doctor Toldedo and his office staff and are extremely professional. I always tell my friends and family about you guys. Friendly and caring. I have had quite abit of work done and have and I am never concerned about the pain. Always very gentle and concerned if I'm ok.

I had a dental emergency, several friends were going to refer me to their family dentist, but after calling many dentists myself. I found the Palm Springs SoCal location on N Palm Canyon They made an appointment for me the next morning at the PS location. When I arrived the next day. They didn’t know what I was talking about. Finally they figured out that their system had automatically forwarded me to their Rialto location. She said that I should have been told this, but they failed to do so. I was in PAIN. They didn’t offer to squeeze me in, I spoke to both locations. The answer was No. I called a different dentist office, the new dentist offered to squeeze me in. I will NEVER go back here again. I gave them several opportunities to make it tight. To CARE for my pain. Apparently they didn’t, even thought they made the mistake. If you want care, look elsewhere.
I had a huge change of heart about this place. Everyone is professional, nice, and punctual. They want to get everything done within weeks, unlike other places where you wait a month per appointment. The doctors and nurses are gentle and professional. As for the crown doctor, he's a bit rough but makes beautiful crowns—every ortho and dentist I've seen agrees. Highly recommend for cosmetic dentistry in Palm Springs.

The office runs very efficiently. I never wait more than ten minutes. Dr. Toledo is a great dentist—I recommend him to everyone. He did amazing work for me. I'm older and had extensive dental work, and he's the best I've ever had. If you need dental implants or full mouth work in Palm Springs, go see him.

My experience with Doctor Marcelo Toledo, his practice and staff, can only be described as: simply splendid! Now in my 50’s, I have had been exposed to quite a number of dentists in my time. What immediately struck me about Dr Toledo was his very skillful, confident and masterful style. For me his approach to my dental problems is gentle, friendly, very well focused on my desired outcome and most of all highly professional. I have always left his practice smiling! No wonder he teaches other dentists!
