The office is spotless, and they really thought outside the box with the design — it makes kids actually excited to go to the dentist. My little one loved it. Honestly, started off okay, but when we needed to adjust the treatment plan because my daughter was uncomfortable, they just wouldn't listen. They said I wasn't listening when really they were ignoring her pain. Never had a dentist refuse to reorder treatment based on discomfort before. Then the manager actually called me a bad mother and started mansplaining brushing to me. When I got upset, they said I'm the kind of person they don't want to deal with because I had an attitude. Just awful customer service for a pediatric dentist in Vineland.

My son has been a patient here for about two years. The care itself was okay, but the scheduling was a nightmare. They only offered early morning or early afternoon appointments, never later times like 3-4 pm. And there seemed to be a lot of nepotism going on. Felt like they didn't respect my time. We're moving on to another pediatric dentist in Vineland.

Wish I could give -5 stars. Today was my son's first visit and I'm highly disappointed given the 4.9 stars (probably from friends and family). The staff was incredibly rude to my 5-year-old — told him to "stop lying" when he said his tooth hurt, and to stop saying "owww" so he wouldn't scare other patients. Then they told him to sit still because they had other patients. Now I know why parents aren't allowed in the back. If we knew what was being said to our kids... Avoid this Vineland pediatric dentist.

I’ve been taking my children to this office since they were 2. It was during Covid, they were the only office that would allow you to go back with your children for the exam which was a plus for me. Throughout the years, everything has gotten progressively worse. From billing issues that they tried to push onto me to handle leaving pending balances on my account which I refuse to cover when I pay for dental insurance so that things like yearly x-rays could be covered. In this particular instance, they went ahead and took whatever pictures they wanted that were not within line of what the coverage was for the dental insurance and then wanted me to petition for it and excuse why they needed to take this x-ray instead of this x-ray. Most recently they went ahead and put sealants on my children’s molars without my consent. When I asked why they did they said that they were covered by insurance. Whether or not they were covered is not the issue meanwhile, this is while they’re telling me that running and checking to see what the insurance cover is done by courtesy from them it is not something they need to do. Conveniently enough They run and check to see if sealants are covered and go ahead and place them without my consent. With that being said, the topper performing was today after our appointment when the so-called dental hygienist who by the way was so professional (sarcasm) shout out to you, Rodrigo or whatever you name may happen, Went ahead and made the comment that he knows the finances are an issue for me, but I should really get my children to foster molar so that they don’t get any cavities. Add to that when I made dimension that they can go ahead and explain to the tennis why they will not be coming back to this office because of his so professional behavior he went ahead and let me know that the dentist does not care if they return or not. Mind you again this is not the person in charge of the billing instead a person who is in charge of supposedly cleaning my children’s teeth. Needless to say, if you’re looking for an office that does not do unnecessary procedures just to bill you treats your children with respect and courtesy and most importantly treats you with respect and courtesy. This is not the place to go after three years. I will be moving onto an office that’s much more professional.
Edited to add : the response from the office is so humorous to me. This comes after they sent a text message canceling our appointment in January, which we didn’t need anyway because I don’t plan on returning. Essentially firing us from the office but saying they’re gonna take the concerns it’s in consideration. Trust me as a parent this is not the care I want for my children.

Dr. Bristol very helpful my son had an emergency surgery everywhere I went they couldn’t help me! I brought him here and Dr. Bristol was very detailed and was able to perform the surgery for my son! I highly recommend her to everyone who has kids!

We had several urgent dental issues that needed to be addressed for our 7-year-old and I’m so glad we found this office through their great online reviews, which now I see why they’re so highly rated. They quickly identified the infection and created a treatment plan to take care of everything.
Our son needed to be put under for the procedure, which made me nervous, but both the dentist and anesthesiologist were incredible. They explained everything clearly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free for both me and my son. The treatment went smoothly and with their guidance and recommendations, we’re hopeful these problems won’t happen again.
The cherry on top? The fun lobby and play area that kept the kids entertained. I would absolutely recommend this office—10/10!

My two sons absolutely love Dr. Bristol and all the staff. They are very welcoming, helpful and caring towards the patients and families. Dr. Bristol has made my youngest son enjoy going to the dentist now!! I always recommend this pediatric dental office to everyone, they are the best!!

I recently visited South Jersey Pediatric Dental on Main Road in Vineland, NJ and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The doctors were polite and trustworthy. They were especially great with my son, interacting with him in a friendly way. For the first time ever, my 6-year-old didn't cry or need to be restrained when getting an injection — huge relief! We have been going to this office for about a year now and have been very pleased by their caring nature and professionalism. The office is welcoming and all staff have been friendly and kind in all of our interactions to date. The dentist always takes her time with my daughter & also with answering parental concerns as well. My daughter (who is usually my shadow) feels very comfortable at this office, a good indicator of the wonderful care she receives.

Amazing pediatric dentist and staff! We've been coming here for six years with all three of my kids and wouldn't go anywhere else. The waiting room has video games, animal murals on the walls, and movies to watch during procedures. Even the bathroom is adorable with two toilets and sinks — one small, one big. The whole office is immaculate. Everyone is super nice, and my girls have never had a bad experience. Even when they need procedures like extractions or fillings, they're happy to go. Best kids dentist in Vineland, NJ!
