My dental hygienist Ebony was super patient, especially since I've had bad experiences before that made me anxious. She explained their cleaning process, and the medical assistant was great too. Walked into Southeastern Dental Center in Columbus, and the front desk greeted me right away. Wait time was minimal, and they gave me a tour of the facility. They asked about me and my family, which was a nice touch. The doctor took time to explain all my options in detail—really made the whole atmosphere pleasant and comfortable. Had my first visit at Southeastern Dental Center in Columbus, and it was overall great! I was pretty scared at first, but the staff was super friendly—they even gave me a tour and a welcome gift. Came in for a consultation about a problematic wisdom tooth, and they welcomed me as a new patient, making sure I was comfortable. They were able to do the tooth extraction same day, which was a relief. I was nervous since I'd never had one before, but they reassured me it'd be quick. After numbing, it took less than 10 minutes—felt like 5—and was totally painless. Super quick oral surgery experience!

I liked her ideas about doing the crowns to hsve the effect I had been looking for. I can't afford what I was quoted but maybe some day I can. I felt very vomgorta le with the place and staff. The best experience I've ever had at a dentist. They got to know me and shared with me about themselves. It blew my mind how comfortable I was during the whole visit. The building was clean, with a warm and inviting environment. Man oh Man! What an AWESOME team Southeastern has! I was so very nervous when I went into the Columbus location for my first appointment. Kaylee was the sweetest guide & assistant I’ve ever experienced in all my years of different Dentistry Offices I have been to! I was immediately relieved from my anxiety from her kind & warm welcome. They did X-Rays - & came up with a Dental plan quickly. They went above & beyond to help me with financing options & I also got a gift that day! A month later I was in the chair at the Hamilton office ready to have my extractions & Dr. Arrington was AMAZING! You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their patients & he did! During my extraction, they gave me comfort items like a pillow & a blanket & I even took my shoes off. After the surgery, I recovered quickly & they called me a day or two after & checked on me. It’s very rare to come across such caring people these days! I would rate them 12/10 & give them 100 hundred stars if I could! Thank y’all for everything!

I visited this amazing dental office today. I called the day before and expressed my concern of no insurance. The nice receptionist assured me it’d be no issue as they do payment plans. Today I came in with a nasty tooth infection and left with that same tooth in a baggie! Dr. Wilkerson and her assistants were truly amazing and accommodating! They have officially broken my fear of dentist and non-insurance issue. I got a very reasonable payment plan set and was out the door 45min tops. I think I have found my new dental home! I’m over grateful for such a great experience. 100/10 !
