Honestly, this has to be the worst orthodontist office I've ever been to in Brooklyn. It's gone completely downhill. They clearly don't have enough orthodontists, so everything moves super slow. Once, I was called in almost an hour late for my braces appointment with no apology or explanation. When you finally get seen, the staff seems tired, disorganized, and unprepared. There's zero respect for patients' time—it's incredibly frustrating to schedule an appointment and still end up waiting forever. Overall, the service is unprofessional.

The wait times here are genuinely pathetic. A couple of times I was left unattended in the dental room for over 15 minutes, and other times I had to wait more than an hour just to get called in. That's totally unacceptable. They should really hire more dental staff. It's a shame because the location in Brooklyn is convenient, but the waits ruin it.

I was referred here by another NYU dental . My appointment was for 2:05 pm I wasn’t seen until 3:17pm then after consulting about a retainer I was told to go to the front and wait to be called again after paying $150 for retainers at 3:20 they then took another 20 mins to call me to the back. I was called to the back and seated at 3:40pm I didn’t start the process for my retainer until 4:15 pm didn’t leave until 4:20 so I stayed 2 hours and 15 mins for a 5 min retainer process

Despite arriving on time, we ended up waiting over an hour to see the doctor, while patients who arrived after us were seen first. The delay occurred because the receptionist misplaced the forms I had filled out. When I asked about the wait, I overheard her telling a colleague that she was eager to go to lunch, which made it clear that her focus was not on resolving the issue. I believe the clinic should improve its organization and customer service, as patients should not be left waiting due to staff's personal priorities.

i’m currently a patient here and i have a few things to say…. They take FOREVER, everytime i come, i come to my appointments ON TIME and always wait 20+ minutes for them to call me. I understand they are busy but sometimes they don’t even have anyone there. Everytime they call me in, they tell me to sit down and wait, I’ve once waited 50 minutes in that chair. They take forever to actually do the work and they rush it! Once they’re done they immediately leave and don’t give you an appointment time for next time, when you actually speak up they get annoyed. The phone calls, they literally never respond.
