After Dr. Bucsa retired, I was really worried about finding a new dentist in Hamilton. I've had some scary dental experiences in the past, but everyone at Spinel Dental has been so professional and caring. They were going to put a crown on my tooth and offered laughing gas when I panicked. Honestly, I'm extremely pleased and relieved with how reassuring they've been. This dental clinic really understands patient anxiety.

Terrible experience at this Hamilton dental office. The dentist was rude and seemed inexperienced — wouldn't answer my concerns or share her work experience. Worst customer service I've ever had from a dental professional. Her attitude was so bad I wonder how she's in this profession. Definitely not going back to Spinel Dental because of this.

Didn't realize how bad my oral health had gotten until I saw Dr. Widad and Ailyn at Spinel Dental in Hamilton for a full assessment. Was living with sensitivity, pain, and bleeding gums, but now I have none of that! Dr. Widad explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable — both were so gentle during every procedure. I recently took my 3 young kids to Spinel dentist and we had a great experience. We were met with kind, friendly, polite and patient staff from the moment we entered. Cathy was great assisting with registration, paperwork and resolving insurance queries.Eileen was patient and kind when taking scans and x-rays as well. I've been a patient here for almost 4yrs. The front of house staff is exceptionally receptive and extremely thorough in guiding you through your visit regarding insurance and go over and above to try and accommodate you with all your needs. The office is clean and inviting. The doctors are all gentle and thorough with exams and the work they perform. The hygienist are exceptional and gentle while cleaning your teeth. They are very informative of all your options and will work to accommodate your medical and financial needs. They strive to maintain a healthy happy smile with every patient. My experience here has been over and above the BEST compared to any I've had elsewhere.

I had a bad experience with another dentist and called Spinel Dental to see if they could help fix the defective work. The appointment scheduler was very friendly and got me in to see Dr. Hadianfar in under 3 hours!
Office staff helped me to transfer my file from my previous dentist and explained how the insurance worked and gave me an exact breakdown of the cost, since it was a complex insurance case due to previous work on the same tooth.
She gave me all the information I needed and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The hygienist who took me back was also great. She took my x-rays and all the information about what I needed done. She was quick, friendly, and efficient.
Dr. Hadianfar was an absolute pleasure. She made sure to double check on what I needed done and made me feel 100% comfortable with everything. I watched her interacting with other patients before she saw me and she really takes the time to listen and answer any questions anyone has about their case. She truly cares about her patients. With me, she was funny, thoughtful, professional, and efficient. I will never go to another dentist if I don't have to!
The office played cool music, was full of a professional and friendly staff, was clean and bright, and had screens on the dental chairs where you can watch Netflix while they work!
It's the best dentist's office I've ever been in! The entire visit took about an hour from when I walked in the door to when I walked out.
I also applied for an easy to apply dental finance! Super easy and gave me peace of mind just in case I need extra backup for my future full front cosmetic veneers.

My husband and I have been with Dr Sayeh for years on other place and we lost her after she moved to this place ! So sad! By chance we found her again and to be honest she has been nothing short of amazing. She has excellent skill, patience and has cared for us like I believe she would her own family.
