Hands down, when you have small kids, take them to a pediatric dentist, not a family one. If it wasn't for my girlfriend, I'd still be scratching my head about his tooth. He had an abscess that kept bursting and growing back. Family dentist couldn't see it. Pediatric dentist saw it in a second. So glad we went to Springfield Pediatric Dentistry in Springfield, OH. I give them 10 stars! Their offices are super kid-friendly. Soon he'll get that tooth extracted, and I think it'll go fine. He's a brave little guy!

I love the way my grandson is treated. Everything is always done in a timely manner as well as explained what the next steps are. This is such a great place for children.
I am extremely disappointed with this practice. What upset me most was the lack of compassion. When you serve children and families, compassion should be fundamental. I had a late miscarriage after a car accident—I was four months pregnant. On the day I had to go to the hospital to deliver my daughter after learning she passed, my son had a scheduled appointment. I called to explain I was in the hospital and no one could bring him. The response was cold. I expected more empathy from a pediatric dentist in Springfield, OH.

My 6 years old son had to have a few cavities filled this morning for the first time on his baby teeth. Dr Sean did an amazing job making sure my son was comfortable the entire time. Also Emily went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and let him play with a pop it ( Mr Nemo) while he got numb. When it comes to procedures it’s about making sure the kids have a great experience and this is exactly what they did. Thank you guys so much.

Excellent staff! Kind and understanding. So precise and quick when my daughter needed dental work as soon as possible, they genuinely understood the severity and executed a plan within the week. Grateful is an understatement and they are definitely worth the drive, if you don't live that close. I am so happy to continue our pediatric dental journey here as my children grow!

My son needed a tooth pulled. The exam and procedure were great. But we were told they took our insurance, then a month later got a bill and found out we were out-of-network. I'd avoid speaking with Julie in billing—she was rude and condescending. Luckily Sarah the manager sorted it out. Appreciate that! Overall, the pediatric dental care in Springfield, OH is good, but billing needs work.

My son was so scared at children's dentist but here he was in awe and absolutely had a completely different experience! Everyone was so nice and wonderful ill definitely be continuing to bring my child here! Hes only 3 and he loved it!
Honestly, the staff here are fantastic. They're so good with kids and really help them feel at ease when they're nervous. Not all pediatric dentists are good at that, but this crew is great at it. My toddler actually likes going to the dentist because of all the fun toys in the play area, cool art on the walls, and those monster glasses they let her wear during checkups. Plus, she gets a new toothbrush each visit and a coin for the giant gumball machine in the lobby when she's done. They're super thorough too, making sure she doesn't have any issues. This dentist is very nice, understanding about the times you need for appointment and trying to work around the times you need. They are very respectful, appointment are fast and my sons surgery went smooth and fast and they come out to let you know how things are going. This is one of the best dentist I have been at and would recommend it to anyone!
