I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned at Star City Family Dentistry. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while. I moved to Roanoke and then Covid and all that. So I finally made an appointment with Dr. Bradley.
My teeth cleaning went very well. I'm old and have gum disease, but my hygienist, Madison, was very good.
I met with Dr. Bradley and we came up with a treatment plan that will work fine for me.
I would definitely recommend Star City Family Dentistry and Dr. Bradley and Madison for everyone.

My whole family's been coming to Star City Family Dentistry in Roanoke for years, and we always appreciated the care. But lately, things just aren't the same. There's been a lot of hygienist turnover, which messes with the continuity of care we valued. Plus, our calls often go unanswered at this Roanoke, VA office, which leaves us feeling frustrated. Got greeted right when I walked in - Maddy and Monique took such good care of me even though I get super nervous at dentist offices. Dr. Bradley is extremely caring and provided excellent emergency dental care today. The building looks small outside but it's actually pretty spacious inside. So happy I found this practice in Virginia!

Star City Family Dentistry in Roanoke did excellent work on my smile. At my first visit, the dentist actually listened and set up a game plan for what I wanted - she was so precise with my dental fillings that I can't even feel where she worked. The receptionist is always polite and happy too. Yeah, it takes a while to get an appointment in Roanoke, VA, but it's totally worth the wait. Never really recommended a dentist before, but this one I'd highly recommend for cosmetic dentistry.

Very professional and gentle. Took care to mitigate my sensitive teeth. From prior experience; I was very impressed with Dr Bradley‘s skill when she treated a cavity between teeth just below gum line.
Have been going here for years. With the exception of one time around COVID times, they have always gotten me and my kiddos in quickly (including a recent next day request) and I’m always happy with my care here! Definitely recommend!
My son was in the parking lot for appointment. Receptionist called and told me he had to have an adult with him. My son is SEVENTEEN and DROVE himself to the appointment. I told her no one told me he needed an adult present. She said it was in paperwork I signed A YEAR AGO! So even though he was there and they didn't advise me when I made the appointment that a SEVENTEEN year old needs an adult, they wanted to charge me $75 dollars for an appointment reschedule. And when I told her she can just cancel everyone's appointment, (we have a family of four) she just said "alrighty." So this practice would rather lose multiple patients over an insane upcharge that no other place charges that high, instead of fixing a wrong was on them. Who reads all that stuff and even so, it was given to me a year ago! Find a better Dentist with better customer service and prices.
Been a patient at Star City Family Dentistry in Roanoke for about 15 years now. Never had a bad experience or been treated poorly. Yeah, they charge $75 if you miss an appointment, but think about it - they can't contact someone on the wait list, and the hygienist has nobody to see for 45 minutes. I've canceled several times over the years in Roanoke, VA, but I always let them know early so they can fill the spot. Never got charged and never treated differently next time. Their dental exams are always thorough.

Our family has been coming to Star City Family for numerous years. We love our experience with Dr. Jeannie Bradley. She takes her time and ensures comfort with her patients, which is much appreciated when you have anxiety with going to see a dentist. She eliminates all fears! When our daughter first started going to the dentist at a young age, Dr. Bradley's atmosphere created zero fears and anxiety for her. Due to our daughter's experience, she LOVES going to the dentist. I'm a new patient at Star City Dentistry. I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I'll make an exception. Dr. Bradley and the staff are excellent, and deserve it. I recently went to Aspen Dental to have some work done. When I was done, they told me I needed an extra $4000 worth of care before I'd have everything fixed. It was obviously all about the money. Dr. Bradley was the complete opposite. She told me what I actually needed, and it was a far cry from the previous estimate at Aspen. Everyone in the office was nice, and Dr. Bradley is very knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait for hours either. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a dentist, don't hesitate to give them a call.
I have never been a fan of the dentist. I have had a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to see one and most often I only went when I couldn’t bare the pain any longer. Enter Dr Bradley at Star City Family Dentistry. I have been there several times as she and her staff have repaired years of neglect. Never once giving me a hard time nor causing me any additional pain. I look forward to my visits now and am always satisfied.
I always show up on time or early and am grateful they are top notch. I will be glad when the repairs are done but will continue to visit for exams and cleanings. Dr Bradley does great work!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley's for over ten years. She and the office staff are friendly, professional and prompt. I have never had to wait more than five minutes when arriving for an appointment. When I first visited Dr. Bradley’s office, I had four front teeth that had been heavily bonded over the years. She recommended replacing the bonding material with caps or veneers. During the process, I was told what would be done beforehand and asked often if I was experiencing discomfort. I was provided absolutely wonderful patient care throughout the entire procedure. The four teeth turned out beautifully and still look the same as they did over ten years ago when applied. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley and her office staff without reservation.
