They were very good and super kind
Dr. Moe is the worst dentist on Staten Island. He gave me three fillings which I’m not even sure I needed and now my teeth hurt more than before. If he can’t do something as simple as putting fillings, I can’t imagine how terribly he would do a more complex operation. Please do not come here!!

My son had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Moe and his assistant Christina were wonderful here in Staten Island. They were so patient and kind - Dr. Moe explained everything step by step and even paused to make sure my son was okay. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with how they handled his dental care. If you're looking for a dentist in Staten Island who's great with anxious patients, I highly recommend Dr. Moe for root canal treatments or any dental work.

Pathetic service at this Staten Island dental clinic. I asked for an extraction appointment and they just performed an x-ray, then billed my insurance for a cleaning service that wasn't performed. The doctor made me wait over an hour and a half and entered the room saying "you are the impatient one." Very unprofessional attitude, and above all, billing for services not performed. If you need panoramic x-ray or any dental work in Staten Island, I'd look elsewhere.

Terrible experience at this Staten Island dental office. The office was dirty and the staff completely non-professional. The "doctor" completely ignored what I came with and tried to make a hole in an absolutely good tooth. My tooth was destroyed by "doctor" Savel. I've filed a complaint and legal action is coming. If you're looking for dental care in Staten Island, NY, I'd stay away from this place. They don't know what they're doing.

Excellent place overall. Clean facility, up to date equipment. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the assistants to the Dentist. Literally 0 wait time, in and out, yet they still took their time with me and didn't rush. 10/10 5 stars for sure. Highly recommended!

My mom Mrs. Wu had wonderful emergency visits at this Staten Island office! They took her as an emergency after I called because she had tremendous toothache. My mom is disabled, and during the visit, Dr. Moe was very patient and kind explaining the situation, and very professional taking care of the problem. I have been coming to Dr Mo for about 2 months now. I need a lot of work due to my own doing of being scared of the dentist. All staff is very professional and skillful and they explain everything. I even bring my 16 year old daughter now and she is very happy with Dr. Mo. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone. Highly recommend.

BY FAR 1 of the BEST DENTISTRY I have EVER been to. Dr Moe is absolutely amazing and so are his assistants! I'm personally scared of the dentist because of bad past experiences, but not with this team! 0 wait time, staff is A1 with cleanliness, and best of all ZERO PAIN when getting work done to my mouth! 1000% highly recommended to ANYONE who needs GREAT, RELIABLE dentists! Best dentist in Staten Island, no question! The whole place is very professional and clean, and the entire staff knows how to treat their guests. Scheduling was a breeze, and my cleaning was perfection - I felt no pain at all. The head dentist is absolutely amazing at what he does.
