What an awesome experience! The office is totally kid-friendly with fun touches that make going to the dentist exciting. Front desk, hygienists, and dentists were all warm and knowledgeable. They talked directly to my kiddo, explained everything, and were so patient. Even though they're out of network for us, the cost for cleaning and x-rays was just a few bucks. My son left smiling—positive experience for sure.

This place is FANTASTIC! We came from a previous dentist where he had a bad experience due to his anxiety. The staff at Steele Creek Pediatric Dentistry took such great care of my 10yo son who has anxiety and sensory issues. He went from dreading the dentist to asking "Are we going to the pediatric dentist?" and not really caring much about it! I requested for an appointment online yesterday night because my daughter was complaining of teeth pain. I got a call back while i was at work, so it was missed but i called right back spoke to someone in the front and im upset i can’t remember her name. Gave her my information told her that i have my insurance card and could she check to see if i was still active due to me switching jobs. So i wasn’t sure if my insurance would still be active she told me that she couldn’t check and that i needed to call because it would be faster? Which i thought was pretty odd because i work for a doctors office and it’s nothing to run someone’s insurance to see if it’s active. But okay i said I’ll call them she proceeds to tell me that the office is not in network with any insurance. But i called the Matthew location and that information she gave me was totally incorrect. My mom told
me this location was really good and that i should bring my kids there but if im being treated like this while trying to make an appointment for my daughter, i rather not. I’m 10 minds away from this location but i will drive to Matthews for care. I never do this because a lot of things don’t get to me but this was just ridiculous to say the least.
The dental hygienists and Doctors are all super helpful and friendly. They made my kids feel comfortable. Great waiting room with games, tv, and toys as well as fun toys for kids! Highly recommend

Always a great time! All the staff is kind, courteous, and just delightful. My kids go here until they're forced to leave at 18. We drive past probably 6 other dentists but stay with Steele Creek. All the dentists are wonderful, so scheduling is easy. Can't say enough good things!

My daughter struggles with anxiety that often causes appointments to go badly. Amy never makes me feel like a bad parent or like my daughter is an unusual patient. My 18 month old son tripped and hit his front tooth. The practice saw us within 2 hours. They handled him with care and they were incredibly helpful. The whole staff was wonderful. Bed side manner really matters when dealing with scary situations that take place with babies. We were recommended to go here by our son’s pediatrician and now I know why. Thank you for the care ❤️
