Coming from out of town and found them on Google, very glad I did. Sara was super welcoming and professional upon entrance, Doreen was incredibly skilled and put me at ease during the exams and cleaning, and Dr. Prane explained the processes and reasons in a way I could understand well. All in all, a top tier staff and experience. No brainer decision to keep coming back!
Over the last year, I've checked out five dental practices in the O'Fallon, IL area. Before that, I went to a boutique practice for 15 years that specialized in cosmetic dentistry. Did my research and met some great dentists. Dr. Prane's practice at Stone Falls Dental Care is incredible - their business approach is far better than others I've seen. The staff is phenomenal, better than most places I visited. They seem to do really well with older patients too. Never experienced a better practice overall.

Excellent service and very professional. Dr. Prane explains everything very thoroughly before starting any procedure. The hygienists, dental assistants and staff are very courteous and accommodating. They always make sure that I’m comfortable and satisfied.
This is a great dental office. I have such dental anxiety and the front office especially Sara really calmed my nerves. I was stressed about the financial aspect but she took care of it and made me feel much better. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr. Carleigh is a great dentist. I highly recommend the entire crew to take care of your dental needs. Professional, friendly, personable and the office personnel can't be beat. No big surprises on patient costs. Their treatment plan is upfront and reasonable. I have Delta Dental insurance which they accept but was not listed with my carrier so give them a call.

I came to Stone Falls Dental to have a cavity filled. I did not trust my previous dentist where I was getting my teeth cleaned, so I researched new offices and found/switched to Stone Falls. They worked me in quickly to have it checked and were very kind, clean, calming, and thorough. They then scheduled my filling appointment quickly and did a wonderful job. I was in and out in 20 minutes and they were very kind and gentile. I’d highly recommend!

Recently transferred my dental care from another local dental clinic due to a lack of appointment availability and an unresponsive staff. Dr. Prane's office was able schedule a new patient appointment within a week and had an extremely positive impression of Dr. Prane's team. The entire group is extremely professional, positive, accommodating and care about their patients. Probably the most thorough new patient exam I've ever had.
